So I contacted my senator office two weeks ago. My case worker said she'll get back with me in a week. Last week she was on vacation and just got back today. I called this morning to make sure that she still remember which she said that she just got back to the office and will go thru her emails. She aslo said that she did sent email to TSC or USCIS the day I turned in my form. My question is :

Should I call her back again tomorrow morning? Or just sit here and wait maybe another week for her to even get back with me?

We got approved last night as well. I am very happy. All praises to God truly blesses me beyond what I deserve. I continue to pray for all the couples an familes also going through this process. There are many things I can't say about this process now but one day I'll be albe too. Lets hope we all get quck interviews and approvals.

Now I will have many many more questions about what happens in the next phase an beyond. All the issues with Packet(s) when to file what where.

That's exactly how I feel. I am happy for everyone getting approved but I know it doesn't mean our approval is right around the corner, like you said, it could still be a long wait.

I feel the same way, it's so nice to see people getting approved but so frustrating to see people who have gotten their NOA1 in after my fiance and me and we're still waiting.

Congrats everyone on your approvals!! Still nothing for us.. But our baby is due in 4 weeks now so my fiancé is coming next week and staying for a bit.. Never dreamed that I'd have the baby and still just be waiting for the approval!! Absolutely insane. Oh well.. Just positive thoughts.. Sending them all to everyone still waiting too!

I was told that our petition has been under review for the last week. I guess it's another term that TSC throw around to make it sound like they're doing something. I'm guessing it moved from the big room of files to a slightly smaller room full of files.

Thank you! he said that she asked him about where we met, who introduced us, where in America I live, what's my favorite sports team, what's his favorite sports team, what airline do I travel on and how many times I visited him.

After that he said they basically had a casual conversation & she stated that her husband was also a soccer fan (Manchester United) which is also my fiancé favorite team, then she later on went to ask him what sports he think our kids would play etc

Overall he said the interview went well and she was super friendly, after those questions she told him they have everything for our case and he was free to go :)
