  •  We stayed 6 days at the Kemael Hotel Tabarre 58, Rue C. Sylvain #4 Tabarre Haiti $80.00USD per night. It is off Boulevard 15 Octobre
  •  Or you can stay at the Le Monte Cristo Hotel & Suites Tabarre 60, Boulevard 15 Octobre, Tabarre Haiti $90.00USD per night.

  • As of October 4, 2016 Still waiting for RFE hardcopy to come in the mail, called USCIS on September 30, 2016 no help.
  • As of November 3, 2016 We received an email in regards to not receiving in the mail the Request for Evidence (RFE) , come to find out they really didn't need any additional information. So now the have to wait another 120 more days before we can get an interview or approval. This is some BS.
  • As of February 7, 2017, We received in the mail Interview Date for AOS on March 20, 2017

Thank you for this thread! While its lovely to see all CSC people getting approved, its a bit annoying to know we'll be waiting for our NOA2 around April-May unless some miracle happens! -1 month dow

Wonder what is going on at TSC. I really hope the lack of approvals people are listing on VJ is due to the USCIS systems not sending out updates but I can't help but think now that new cases are being routed to CSS they might be paying less attention to the I-129f's.

Of course I'm just speculating, no one knows anything.

Of course I'm just speculating, no one knows anything.

There was system maintenance on the 23rd April when things seemed to stop/slow. So logic dictates that your hope in there being no updates is potentially correct where people are not getting the updates. But I check USCIS every day online so I would assume others do too. Just saw a 24th Nov get their NOA 2. I was using the stream of updates on VJ for staying positive in progress and now it's illogical frustration not seeing anything! Just makes me want to go ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh in frustration, don't think my co-workers would appreciate!

July 28th 2015 - Interview - Approved!

August 3rd 2015 - Email request to collect from courier office (Went straight from "Ready" to "Issued" did not see AP in CEAC)

Just called USCIS, they said there are currently processing August 23rd...

23rd October 2014: Petition posted.

1st November 2014: Form I-129F received - we received text and email.

2nd November 2014: Physical NOA1 received. Form I797c, Notice Of Action. Notice Type: Receipt.

(January 21st 2015 - told through phone call to expect NOA2 in May due to backlog.)

4th June 2015: NOA2 "On June 4, 2015, we approved your Form". No email, no text - just happened to check their site.

9th June: Received hard copy.

16th June 2015: Case Was Sent To The Department of State for visa processing.

Knowing my luck, our application was thrown too high and stuck on a cabinet covered with 5 inches of dust and a half eaten donut that was lobbed at someone a bit too high.

Hello all , my fiance called uscis yesterday, asking for our K1 statut( Texas of course) they said that our case is still pending and to give them a call back if we don't hear anything within a month and half ( we are already 5months and 11 days since NO1 ).
And they're 3 months behind

Hello all , my fiance called uscis yesterday, asking for our K1 statut( Texas of course) they said that our case is still pending and to give them a call back if we don't hear anything within a month and half ( we are already 5months and 11 days since NO1 ).

And they're 3 months behind

I called the USCIS last week and I was told if I didn't hear anything in 3-4 months give them a call back. ?????. I need to spend some time with my fiancé, I look forward to see him in 3 weeks, I can't wait to see him.

  • Biometrics Appointment 15 minutes and done.
  • Received Text/Email:EAD/AP Approved May 11, 2016
  • Received Approval NO2 for I-765, and I-131 in Mail on May 16, 2016
  • Received EAD/AP Combo Card in Mail on May 18, 2016
  • Received Text/Email: RFE for I-485 on August 31, 2016 we have to respond by September 30,2016
  • Placed on Request online for RFE hardcopy to be sent by mail on September 14, 2016
  • As of October 4, 2016 Still waiting for RFE hardcopy to come in the mail, called USCIS on September 30, 2016 no help.
  • As of November 3, 2016 We received an email in regards to not receiving in the mail the Request for Evidence (RFE) , come to find out they really didn't need any additional information. So now the have to wait another 120 more days before we can get an interview or approval. This is some BS.
  • As of February 7, 2017, We received in the mail Interview Date for AOS on March 20, 2017

December 23, 2014 NOA1

April 30, 2015: still waiting...

It is the worst being stuck in the US while your love is back in their home country... this process is driving me crazy
