I don't get how tsc works! at least there were approvals last week though

hopefully they get properly back on it this week!

Thank you for this thread! While its lovely to see all CSC people getting approved, its a bit annoying to know we'll be waiting for our NOA2 around April-May unless some miracle happens! -1 month dow

Hi everyone!

We've not posted on this thread before, but wanted to let everyone know we were November 2014 TSC filers and our NOA2 happened April 2. :) Seeing the approvals on this thread coming in recently really gave us hope, so hopefully ours will add to the mix and give the rest of you hope as well!

  • As of November 3, 2016 We received an email in regards to not receiving in the mail the Request for Evidence (RFE) , come to find out they really didn't need any additional information. So now the have to wait another 120 more days before we can get an interview or approval. This is some BS.
  • As of February 7, 2017, We received in the mail Interview Date for AOS on March 20, 2017

When filling in your timeline, please understand that all I-129F's are sent to the LOCKBOX in Texas, and then ROUTED (not transferred) to your ASSIGNED service center- the one in Texas "TSC" (not the same as the lockbox!), or the one in California "CSC". If your tracking number starts with WAC, you're at the CSC, you were not transferred! There are no transfers at this time. If your number starts with SRC you're at the TSC and that's where you will serve your entire sentence.USCIS isn't fair.

They don't care about you.

I did a timeline search, since March 1st, 5 October NOA 1's have gone to NOA 2's and 11 November ones. Since 1 st April 5 November and 1 October. I think we need another weeks of data to get some sense here.

By the fact there's been no Octobers I hope they've been transferred!

Plus all November apprpvals have been from 5/6/10th of November so maybe they just pulled those dates out the dust

I hope it's all you soon! This wait is so unfair on everyone

You just gotta cling to te thoughts for the future and how much it will be worth it once together!

This process definitely helps you realise how much you are right for each other to wait so long

NOA : November 16th

Biometrics : December 7th

Approved EAD&AP : January 29th

Card Mailed : February 2nd
Received Card : February 5th
