Sorry guys at work. Main USCIS #, Tier 1, he said he can see the transfer but not to where. He said he knows nothing till system is updated but I confirmed 3 times that he did see transfer. Took me a sec to get him to understand. He wasn't the brightest but very nice, once he got me then he found it. Said at first officially it's 30-40 days till notice lol they suck but at least he found it.

No updates so far.. As far as he knows, I'm still processing at Texas so we'll just have to wait to see what happens

Can someone walk me thru how you can get a hold of someone to ask about your specific case. I really hope this means that all boats will rise to the top and that more cases will be approved in a more timely fashion.

Call 1-800-375-5283

Hit 1 if you only speak English, then I believe you hit 2 to find out information about your case. You're going to enter your case number including the first 3 letters on the keypad then wait for the automated system to give you an update. They ask if you had any problems with your case etc to hit a number which is what I did and I got connected to a person

Do you mean by calling USCIS? You will be able to ask about your specific case, but you will be extremely limited in what specific information they are going to divulge to you. My fiance called regularly over a period of almost 8 months and the only time we ever got any information out of the agent was when he was told in error, that our case was in Nebraska, and then that we were with an adjudicator (that was about a month before said adjudicator actually picked up our file).

If you want to find out if you have been transferred, they would probably be able to give you this information if they have it.

Ours wasn't transferred.. this really is so frustrating. Peter bought a flight in June and praying he will be he during the birth of the baby (due June 27). I Seriously cannot believe this is taking this long.

I just called , the guy was polite but I got the generic response that the reason that they haven't gotten to my case right now was because they are processing August Petitions However, he didn't automatically tell me no, he took a long time to tell me because he was asking if I was military , and my zip code as well. Did anyone else get asked these questions?

08/9/13 went to teach in Ethiopia
09/4/13 met Abdi at School
09/7/13 first date
04/25/14 Got engaged

No I wasn't asked those questions. He asked me for my case number and if I was the filer. Why are they so shady?!

When filling in your timeline, please understand that all I-129F's are sent to the LOCKBOX in Texas, and then ROUTED (not transferred) to your ASSIGNED service center- the one in Texas "TSC" (not the same as the lockbox!), or the one in California "CSC". If your tracking number starts with WAC, you're at the CSC, you were not transferred! There are no transfers at this time. If your number starts with SRC you're at the TSC and that's where you will serve your entire sentence.USCIS isn't fair.

They don't care about you.

Hey all - called to check and we haven't been transferred. But...was also told they are only processing applications from April 2nd at the moment, and we should expect to wait until June now.

April? If they were still on April, I'd be pulling out my hair by now hehe :)

All we can do is just keep waiting... Hopefully we'll get good news soon :(

I have no idea what TSC is doing! I was hoping we would get transferred, but never thought we'd get approved this early! I'm just on Skype with my fiancé when I got the message and we're so happy!............ We will all get through this :)
