Hi, I am another November filer. My fiance filed the application on November 19th 2014 and we got our first NOA through email on November 24th 2014 and then the hard copy via snail mail in a few days. Now we are just endlessly waiting for something to happen. Frustrating is a very small word to describe this wait.

Hey we did 3 months of waiting and March will make 4 (whoohoo) believe it or not, time is moving a little fast and I'm happy for that! we have about 3 more months to go... we can do this

Yep. its time to stay strong and not lose hope. btw I signed the workload for TSC petition as well.

Is TSC still processing July 2014 petitions?

yes, according to the list on here. Currently it's showing June, July & a few August filers. Hopefully by the end of March they'll finish up with June & July filers (wishful thinking)

I have no hope before May/June for NOA2. I so want to be in US for my birthday in September. Aah well.

I know I'm not trying to get my hopes up so I'm sticking to late may or June... Besides maybe you could be here for your birthday depending on how fast things move after your approval! I'm hoping to have my fiancé here by his birthday in October

Also if you don't mind, could you please fill in your timeline?

I think we'll start to hear in mid-end may which means by September we should more than likely be there!

Just make sure you book everything asap and have all the paperwork ready before you get the approval and I don't see why not

They seem to be mainly doing end of July beginning of August and they've done a lot of August so fingers crossed they're speeding up and we'll be hearing something soon!

I'm hoping to fly sep 1st!!

I wish we could fast forward through this part here but I try to keep myself busy with work, school and doing research. I've been seeing a few people complaining about the DS-160 form so I will take a look into that just to be a step ahead

I've been looking through all the forms too I feel stupid sometimes but if it helps for later on who cares!

I hope we all hear early may the waits already been too long already

this process is a great test to prove you love each other though

Lol it'll put us one step ahead so it's not stupid & I'm also hoping by May we'll start getting approval. It is a test but it gets very frustrating when I know other November filers who started with me are either here already, booking medical or attending interviews & we're over at TSC just waiting for a miracle ???

I just tell myself that he'll be here.. Just a matter of when but at the end of this long everlasting journey it'll all be worth it

Once we get the NOA2, is it better for him to not visit at all until the the process is complete? Our problem is we have a baby due June 27... And I want him to come visit for a longer period of time besides the usual one week visit we usually do.. He of course wants to be here for the birth! I just don't want anything to look shady! This is all very frustrating!

Im sure he can visit. Others have done it so all he has to do is explain the situation to an immigration officer IF they ask
