hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the IV and AOS invoices. today I got an email from the NVC stating that the AOS and IV have been invoiced and they are now payable. ]

when I open the NVC website and click on pay fees, I see that the AOS is payable but I dont see the pay fees check box next to the IV.

can you please explain to me?

Did you submit your DS-261? The IV invoice becomes available after that has been reviewed, accepted and added to your case file. I called the NVC a few days ago and was quoted 42 days for them to review it.

Same thing happened to me. I paid the AOS it took about 2 weeks for it show up as paid. Another week went by and I received an email with the IV invoice yesterday. I am still waiting for it to unlock on the system. I also have a lawyer attached to my case

Hey everyone,

A lot of us have called and been informed that they had some kind of system in November that prevented the IV Fee invoices from being generated automatically.

It looks like they're now fixing the issue. Hopefully you'll all get it soon. It doesn't hurt to call and request that they have a supervisor review it.
