DS-160 - K1 - HELP! Application Receipt/Petition Number and Date of Arrival

Hello,

I am filling the DS-160 for my K1 interview and I really scared about doing it wrongly. So, I have two main questions (which may sound stupid tought :( )

1. Which number should I put on Application Receipt/Petition Number?

I think is the USCIS, but I tought that could be NVC...

2. What should I answer on Intended day of Arrival?

Idk when my visa will come after the interview and Im concerned about putting a day too closer to the interview date. Also I dont want them to think that Im intending to go to US without a visa.

I would appreciate any help! Thank you all :)

1. You can use either. We used the USCIS receipt number.

2. Put an arbitrary date in the future. You do not have to travel on the date you select. You can put May 2015 for example, and travel next month in January with no issue.

NOA1: 04/08/2014; NOA2: 04/21/2014; Visa interview, approved: 07/15/2014; POE: 07/25/2014; Marriage: 09/05/2014

NOA1:  05/24/2017;  Biometrics:  06/13/2017;  Approved without interview:  09/05/2018;  10 Yr Green card Received:  09/13/2018

 

Naturalization

08/09/2020 -- Filed N-400 online

08/09/2020 -- NOA1 date

08/11/2020 -- NOA1 received in the mail

12/30/2020 -- Received notice online that an interview was scheduled

02/11/2021 -- Interview
