I don't wanna raise your hopes up but when I redid my aos, it only take nvc one month to review it. Don't bother calling them though because they'll just gonna give you their generic answer that you have to wait 60 days. Assuming you did your d260, the best way to find if you're case complete is to login to the ceac and if your aos status changes from paid to n/a , you're case is complete.

I disagree... Calling might give you a leg up. I called 3 times a day and it saved me tons of time. Once in a while you will get an operator who will read all of the notes in your file. They are not perfect and more times then not, they make mistakes. The best way to find out if you have a CC is to call. The N/A on the fee is a glitch in the system and is not reliable.

When I had an RFE, they asked us to resubmit the form that they are requested with the letter that they sent us, so wait for the letter because you should include that for your response.

It saves you time by calling nvc 3 times a day? Usual hold time before somebody answer you at nvc is 40 minutes IF you re lucky. Spending almost three hours on hold over the phone per day is not "saving time" in my opinion.

The n/a on the aos is a glitch? I don't think so. I would like to think it's the system updating the approved aos file but definitely not a glitch. If it's a glitch, it would've been fix by now and this has been going on even before I filed back in March. Besides , a lot of people here had the n/a on aos status and sure enough they were CC.
