co-sponsor = joint sponsor?

hi guys, is it the same thing? im asking because i need to know and i am also prepring my cover letter to send in for the aos and i have a co sponsor , husband's sister, and i wonder..should i put my husband as my sponsor and his sister as my co-sponsor/joint sponsor?
