I got the welcome notice today...it says 3 weeks but doesnt mention anything about ADIT..guess we dont need the biometrics anymore?

anyone received the green card--how many days does it take to receive it after the welcome notice?

Congratulations to all who have received they notifications for green card or the actual greencard.

On 08/04/15 we received a notification for updated Medical so we are waiting for the doctor to complete the I-693 to pick up this evening as hubby had to get blood work done all over again and get the PPD test. Hopefully everything can be completed and we can mail it out tomorrow.

On August 15, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number

Aug 11 sent "out of processing time" inquiry

Aug 12 received generic response stating that due to workload factors USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case."

Aug 15 (Saturday@8am) received email stating a recent processing action has taken place on our case. Status:Card/Document Production

"We ordered your new card for MSCxxxxxxxx, and will mail it. You can expect your card within 30 days of approval of your application.

Not sure if it was just a coincidence or if the "out of normal processing time" inquiry compelled them to pull it out of the pile, but either way..... Yay!

02-17-2-15: Received NOA I-797 letter only.....for Advanced Parole in mail.

02-21-2015: Received EAD/AP combo card in mail today.

03-19-2015: Received the "Notice of Potential Interview Case" letter in mail today.

06-03-2015: Requested to expedite due to potential loss of funds if vacation had to be cancelled due to non acceptable travel docs to Mexico.

06-05-205: Response denying expedite. Stated while sounded important, only cases strictly adhering to the "qualification" to expedite are granted such process.

So..... why is everyone's notice completely different? Ours said nothing about a welcome notice or a "decision".

Simply a new card is being produced.

received the welcome notice on Aug 7 and the status updated this morning as below

On August 18, 2015, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number xxxxxxx, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by September 17, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschangeto give us your new mailing address

anyone knows how long it will take to receive the actual card? It sounds like they mailed it out today....

Hello everyone! I received my 10 yr gc today. I was interviewed in 7/20/15 and got approved same day. Received my welcome letter 7/26/15. 8/18/15 got my GC. Now working for my DL. September 1 is my road test at MVA.

Hiroshi, I received an email 8/16 that my card was mailed and I received it today 8/18. It's going to be in a usps priority mail.
