What address do I need to mail it to and should I include a cover letter and her photographs?

I didnt mail photos as the previous package has them already. I mailed to the same Chicago Lockbox and received update from USCIS saying they've received my case yesterday. The only thing i am not sure is when they are going to count the 90 days?

We are sending back the RFE today, So uscis will have it back tomorrow, And hopefully I can expidite my ead once again.

anyone with Expedite experience...can you share what happened in 5 days after you filed the expedite request?

Didn't get txt or e-mail. just randomly checked forum and saw a lot of people checking their status manually on USCIS. and BAM. EAD and TD Approved.

USCIS has got the rfe back and says that there should be an update before May 11th, Hopefully my ead will be approve soon.

So my wife, daughter, and I had the AOS interview this morning and they were approved!!! Yaay :-) In the afternoon I received notification that their green cards were ordered and just now received another notification that their welcome notices were mailed. God is great!!!

I hope you guys get your interview notices soon :-)

So my wife, daughter, and I had the AOS interview this morning and they were approved!!! Yaay :-) In the afternoon I received notification that their green cards were ordered and just now received another notification that their welcome notices were mailed. God is great!!!

My wife and daughter's interview were at 8:30 am and 9:10 am with the same immigration officer (IO) at the Fairfax, VA office so we all went in at the same time. I brought someone in to translate English/Spanish for them just in case it was asks as their English skills is only basic. I brought everything it was asked on the checklist so we were prepared. After we were all sworn in the IO first went over the answers written on both I-485s and first asked me and then he asked my wife about biographical information of what it was submitted. He also asked us personal questions regarding our marriage, when it took place, how we met, etc etc.... about 6 questions, first to me and then to her using the translator (we were all in the same room). Then he asked my wife the "have you ever in or outside of the United States" questions on the I-485 as he said that he needed to ask . After that he asked a couple of questions to my daughter (biographical questions) and then he was done with both interviews. He updated their SSNs as we just got them this week. We started the interview at about 8:45 am and were done by 9:20 am. He said that everything he needs for now he has it, and if he needs anything else he would let us know, but everything looks okay. He was very courteous and professional through out the whole interview process. In the afternoon, we received confirmation vial text and email that they were approved!!!!

Gracias!!!! That is cool that we are at the same office, I am sure your interview at the Fairfax office will be fine too. Just make sure you have everything, just in case. The IO only asked if we wanted to provide anything that has not been submitted with the I-485 initially, and I only gave him an updated version of my employment letter and pay stuff and updated their SSNs and that is it. Good luck on your interview!! :-)
