just received my EAD card.,,they delivered it before Monday expected delivery date when it's heavily snowing outside! Thanks!!

I didn't apply for my AP along with it..but thinking of applying for it now...will 90 days start to count from original filing date or when I actually file for AP...

Now hope to receive AOS interview notice soon....

any idea how many days after EAD will you receive interview notice?

GC applications are processed by local offices is what customer service told us this last week, not NBC so I think that differs depending on your local office's workload, etc.

I got my interview date online 3 days after my EAD got approved , and I received it in hard copy after 5 days along with my EAD card

Good morning, USCIS mailed my EAD to me yesterday, but i'm yet to get a tracking number from them. Is that normal, did everyone that got their EAD get a tracking number before it was delivered?

Congrats to all for the EAD cards and the combo cards. Have others seen any development on an interview date?

I haven't seen much. We filed on the 12th of Dec, 2014. Have folk who send it to the Chicago lockbox got interview dates or we should be expecting some delay. Like many others we chose not to get the AP and now I am trying to gauge if we should have. If I need to, would I need to pay again and how long should I expect to get it in. Thanks again and congrats to all.

same here. I filed AP yesterday, along with your i 797 C notice, no fee needed. I dont know how long, maybe like EAD , 67 days?

Does the online status change when you put in an expidite request in? Just wondering. I called Friday and asked to expidite my EAD and faxed everything to them, Just wondering if the fax actually went through.

Hi does anyone here knows what requirements for K2 Applying for AP AOS still pending... Does k2 needs G-325A?

They are just a kids so I am not applying for EAD...

Besides the NOA1 receipt what else should i include with the package and what address should i send it?

We expedited AP - what happened on our side was that once the AP was approved on the 26th, the statuses for all our interactions with regards to the expedite were suddenly there.. So basically, when the AP was approved on the 26th, the below appeared.. We saw saw no updates (not on site, not on sms or by email) about anything until the expedite request was approved. We actually called on the 26th to follow up, and they said an officer would call us back in 30 minutes. The officer said that he would do everything he could to get this approved quickly - and then we got the text/email notification about an hour later that it was approved.

Congrats! did you also expedite your interview appointment? I filed a bit earlier than you so no interview notice yet ..what visa are you in now?
