I didn't apply for my AP initially, can i apply for it now that my EAD has been approved? If yes, do i pay a fee (even after i paid for the i-485)?

same question here...

Anyone got an RFE and have had their EAD & AP approved? I'm getting worried.

Yes, RFE received Jan 28, just got my EAD approved yesterday. I didnot file AP...hope this helps.

Me, too. Tracking shows that it should arrive to my mailbox tomorrow.

so total 10 days since approved?

i just got an Update from USCIS about the tracking number of my EAD , Estimated delivery time February 25th! B-)

Hey I got the same! My tracking numbers said it will be here tomorrow too :dancing:

Hey guys, got my EAD update... Approved after 67 days of filing date. Thanks for everyone's support. Quick question; how long will I actually receive the card? If I apply the AP separately, is it going to be an individual document?

Base on timelimes I have seen it takes about 10-12 days average. I really don't know how it works if you apply after. You will probably get another document that allows you to travel, not sure really ;-)

Hi december filers... Just wonder how long to get the actual card from the day of the approval?

Card production Feb 19... Thank you!

About 10-12 days average :-) Did you get notification of card being mailed?, if not it should come very soon :-)

Yes, you can. You don't have to pay fees as long as your I-485 is still pending and you need to submit copy of your I-485 NOA with the I-131 form. :-)

Actually, the USPS tracking shows that it should be delivered today (2/24). My EAD/AP were approved on 2/14 and I got the text/email alerts on 2/17 so, technically, it is 7 days. But who's complaining? :)

If they suspend I-485, it means that they also suspend all EAD and AP

I did receive the 1st REF for I-864, because I did not send any I-864 form and its supporting documents. Because my husband did call and ask them did we need to send them. An officer there confirmed that "no need". So, we did not send.

Then, I sent all W2 for 5 years (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014). Only W2s

Now, they send more the 2nd REF. I don't know what more

USPS tracking stated estimated delivery for yesterday, 2/23....nothing. Called USPS this morning and the lady said we had to wait 5 business days to file something. About 20-30 minutes after getting off the phone USPS updated the tracking stating delayed delivery, but that it had arrived in Phoenix. Hopefully we will have the EAD in hand tomorrow.
