Got EAD Card Production notice today!!! I did not get an update for my AP card production but I know it's a combo card and both EAD/AP will be on the same card. :dancing::dancing:

N.B. I did file to expedite my AP on January 29, 2015 due to death in family!

so this morning at 11 am I got the e-mail notification for the EAD and about an hour later for the AP. Didn't file an expidite request took 70 days to process

So yesterday I got good news, I received interview letters for both my wife and daughter and it is for March 12. We still have not receive the EAD so I wasn't thinking we would get the interview date this soon. I hope you guys start getting good news too! It has been almost one month after their biometrics and after their status changed to ready for interview.

Although it was before being outside of normal processing times, I was wondering if the site just hadn't updated our status...because I've seen many others stating this was the case for them. I called and asked for a Tier 2. He wasn't the most polite person I've dealt with, but he did confirm that our status changed to ready to schedule for an interview, and told us the interview could be scheduled anytime between now up through April. I'm praying this eliminates the possibility of the dreaded potential interview waiver!

Why is the interview waiver a dreaded thing?

Good luck to your wife and daughter cocolucho. My status had changed to READY TO SCHEDULE FOR INTERVIEW since 2/4. So I'm hoping to get mine scheduled soon too. :-)

Why is the interview waiver a dreaded thing?

Based on what I have seen and read here on VJ, people with interview waivers are waiting a long time, a year more or less, versus people who got interview letters had their interview way before that ;-)

We received a request for evidence regarding our tax transcripts (I only sent them a W2) which they received on February 4. Hopefully we receive our card and our interview gets scheduled soon!
