Hello Everyone, I filed I-485,I-130 and EAD concurrently on Dec 17. received by USCIS on Dec 18, Bio scheduled on Jan 16, same day status updated to RFE--mailed RFE--legal copy of the marriage ceritifacate 1/27/15, today 1/28/15 received updated online listed below--anyone has any idea what next step would be? does this mean I should wait for the interview notice?

On January 28, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCXXXXX. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by March 29, 2015, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed

On January 28, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC1590xxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Biometrics done on January 23rd

RFE posted back to NBC on January 24th

Received an update to my RFE January 28th.

I received the same message.. does this mean next step would be interview? wonder how long can we expect to hear from them?....waiting

The next step will be that your case is ready for interview, then they will send you a interview request with the date.
