That's enough incentive for someone in another state to buy up cigarettes at 5 bucks a pack and sell them at a big profit.

Funny when I was arrested they asked me pretty please to be nice. I even told them I refused to be arrested unless I could put the cuffs on myself and drive the police car to jail. They said since I was white, it was cool. No problem.

I know right. I got caught drunk driving one time. .357 on he seat. When he leaned in the car, he said. Sorry sir I didn't know you were white .

Bunch of times. It use to happen all the time. I grew up in a small town. I was a punk and the Po Po knew it. Always shaking me down and pulling me over, hoping to find weed or something.

It also happens if you're clean cut and driving a nice car in a crappy neighborhood. Police definitely thought I was there for drugs.
