you are aware homicide does not mean murder. don't you? its time for you to do some research. class dismissed.

Yes, I am aware, which is why I didn't use the word murder and used the word homicide. Which it was determined to be. Not sure why you're bringing the word murder into it?

An accelerated heart rate or asthma attack are still not homicide.

no they're not homicide, nor did anyone say they were. are you reading what you want to again? if you want extra credit, you'll have to do some research on your own. again, class dismissed.

I asked why he died and you gave the accelerated heart rate and asthma as the answers.

As if he simply died of natural causes.

His death was ruled a homicide. It's about time you start placing some blame on the person responsible.

The lesson: Obey the law, and don't resist arrest. Cooperate with the police. This is NOT a race issue. America's police force has become a mixed bag of overreacting to US citizens, or underreacting for fear of a complaint of charge while dealing with the public. There's no easy answer to the problem. On the one hand, our police face an increasing violent danger in America. Their family can never be sure whether the police officer will be killed in the line of duty. If we want law and order on our streets, we need to enforce and arrest ALL lawbreakers. Out of all of this will emerge a police force whose hands have been tied by overregulation.

To fix the problem is not rocket science, but will become exactly that now that the public and media has sensationalized these events. Fully functioning body cams on all officers will solve the majority of problems. Demilitarizing our post-911 police and put an end to wildass takedowns.

I'd like to blame the officer who used unnecessary force and everyone else who watched a man scream 11 times that he couldn't breathe and left him there to die while not doing anything to help him.

Did they have you in a chokehold? I'd resist anyone trying to stop me from breathing as well, especially when I was gasping at them that I was in trouble and they were ignoring my pleas.

Armed men who have done horrific things are treated better than these cops treated Eric Garner.

He wasn't in the choke hold when he said he couldn't breath, it was after he was on the ground. I've watched the video a few times, the chokehold was for about 10 seconds and it must have triggered what happened to him.

You have a twisted and unreachable perception of life in America. Try removing those "it's all about race" glasses. You'll be glad you did.

Nope. I have a reality that I have to live with.

Try removing your head from places where the sun don't shine and maybe you can see better.
