The medical examiner, while ruling the death a homicide, said there was no damage to neck or windpipe and so therefore it isn’t a chokehold.

He is an unarmed man. They know this. They see his hands. He shows them his hands. Armed men who have just killed multiple people are taken down with less force than Eric Garner was taken down.

The best part of this is that you've clearly watched a different video than everyone else. When they first get physical with him, he falls to the ground. Never attacks, never even TRIES to attack anyone. His hands are up as soon as they touch him. He presented absolutely no danger.

They say "give me your hands, buddy" and he does.

Isn't this what you're asking him to do?

And they have his hands, and he starts to cry that he can't breathe. He's done what they've asked of him, and yet he still dies.
