K-1 priority date?

We are getting close to the end (of the beginning).

Simple question: When creating a profile on the above web site to schedule the embassy interview, a priority date is required. We don't have one and I believe it is not applicable to a fiancé visa. We put in today's date, but would like to get your opinions before going forward and scheduling the interview.
