Language of Interview Ciudad Juarez - K1 visa

I am starting to see that many interviews were conducted in English for K1 Visa applicants. Am I screwed because my fiance does not speak English very well? Although we have been together for 4 years, I only spoke to her in Spanish, thus she never really got good at speaking English. How does one determine what language is spoken at the consulate? Does the officer just speak in English or is there an option given?

K1 Visa Event Date Service Center : Texas Service Center Transferred? No Consulate : Juarez, Mexico

I-129F: Sent 9/5/2014

I-129F: Arrived at Lewisville 9/8/2014

I-129F: NOA1 Text message/mail 9/11/2014

I-129F: Alien Registration Number Changed 9/16/2014

I-129F: Request to correct on document or notice assigned to an officer for response 10/25/2014

I-129F: Name Change request made 10/31/2014

I-129F: Crickets as of today

You can request Spanish for sure that's no issue.

My wife had hers in spanish

21 Aug 2013: I-129F Sent

11 Feb 2014: Visa APPROVED!

20 May 2014: Wedding!

12 Feb 2015: AOS Interview - Approved

22 Feb 2017: Mailed ROC Packet

08 Aug 2018: ROC Approved
