I tried before to start this topic but my bad I didn't explain my self well so I remade the topic but I was merged and I did not get any answer.

basically the form I-485 is asking the date of last arrival and I-94 number, which I confused with the green paper (I 94w) that I have in my passport from the actual last time I came into U.S. It was told me to look on line for my I-94 information and write that on the form other wise the information on I-94w would be incorrect. The problem is that in my I-94 information is missing the actual last time I came into U.S. and the expire date of it......what to do??
