Congrats d 2 da oodle on mailing your I130. Congrats Jean for starting your AOS. Hope your hand feels better. I'm freezing! I have a small heater under my desk trying to warm up.

foot is sore, my dilema today is trying to get used to bifocals. I can see good out the top, but everything from waist down is a blur. sux getting old, my advice, don't do it.

So, Minneapolis is connected by this skyway system, so you can walk through most of downtown on the second floor without having to go outside.

My building is right next to Macy's, so I walk through it at least once a day. Temptation is eeeevil! Thankfully, I managed to only buy sales items today - pjs and a bathrobe for my husband at like 85% off, and a new handbage for me at 70% off.

02/23/08 - Filed for removal of conditions.

Sometime in 2008 - Received 10 year GC. Almost done with USCIS for life inshaAllah! Huzzah!

12/07/08 - Adopted the fuzzy feline love of my life, my Squeaky baby th_catcrazy.gif

02/23/09 - Apply for citizenship

06/15/09 - Citizenship interview

07/15/09 - Citizenship ceremony. Alhamdulilah, the US now has another american muslim!

Daily phonecalls, discover internet chatting w/ video cam - OMG!!!

March 25-April 14, 2006 Noura's 2nd trip to Morocco - formal engagement w/ family

Oct 5, 2006 - Interview SUCCESS

Oct 12, 2006 - Called to pick up visa tomorrow!

Bored? come here and try driving, cars all over the roads, snow then freezing mist. I couldnt get across one bridge had to turn around and go over to the next large one, there was cars all over the place. Yuk and more to come. :crying:

Heading home with my new purchases. Dang, I got a cute bag :) I'm not looking forward to the next few days. It's suppose to dip below zero, with windchills as low as 50 below. Right now it's a balmy 19 degrees, with a windchill of 8.

I could NEVER do that to my cat!!!! :(

On the rare occasion that I do bathe her I make sure that I soothe her by saying "it's almost over...it's gonna be ok".

i gave up washing my cat. it's like fighting with a chain saw.
