No clue what it is for yet but I'm kind of bummed. We done all the paperwork ourselves including the waiver letters for the I-601 with no problems and now we get our first RFE with AOS paperwork.

What a bummer!

It will most likley be for some more financial evidence, that is the usual RFE, but I could be wrong. I did all the paperwork myself and I recived an RFE even though I had submitted everything that they asked for.

Dont worry though I recived my interview letter the other day only 4 weeks after I sent my reply back in, so this will hopefully happen to you as well.

Yes, it's probably asking for I-864 evidence you already sent in. They sent my interview notice a month after my reply too. So, don't lose hope.

Thanks guys and gals.

I'm not too worried about it. I'm sure it's something stupid that I forgot or an i I didn't dot or a t I didn't cross. I'll get it taken care of ASAP since I like to get things done as soon as possible.

Sad part is becca......................I would have sent my first born. She drives me wild so I'm sure they would have sent her home in no time. ha ha ha

Bailey, don't worry. RFE's seem so typical on AOS and as long as you send them what they want you'll be fine.
