Anyone know how long it takes for a supervisor to call you back once you actually speak to a supervisor? Spoke to one on December 18 and still waiting. I'll give it till next week but was wondering if anyone who has waited for a supervisor review, how long it took for a call back

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

Sugar they rarely call, I know of only one time maybe two so you have to call and ask for the supervisor and say she/he asked you to call them back. So please call them on Monday they will be off on the 25 Th and 26 Th. :)graphics-christmas-glitter-122790.gif

Good I only remember one or two people that received a call from a supervisor of the three I had on our case none called me back. Good luck my friend I'll keep you as always in my prayers.

Your welcome sweet heart, well, you and I finally are waiting for interview and NVC per the rep should start schedualing for February the first week of January but in some cases it depends on the Embassy. But think God willing a Feb interview with some luck and prayers the first week. :Dt5063.gif

Can anyone really grasp the enormity of what we have all gone through! I am truly amazed and thank God he has given us all the strength to get this far!

Merry Christmas everyone! Praying for all of us to get our "issued" status! Congrats to everyone who's getting their spouses "in hand" this Christmas!!! May Allah bless your relationships!!! And may we all be blessed with Devine patience while waiting on this process

I wholeheartedly agree and would add to that prayer that we be granted peace, since most of us know all too well the heartache and pain immigration can cause for families separated.

Merry Christmas all.

This morning my daughter opened her gifts while daddy watched on FaceTime. I'm so thankful for FaceTime but sometimes it feels harder. I hate myself for doing something that would result in a Checklist and make my daughter miss out on Christmas with her father, but above all I hate the British government for sending him away. I hope I can get into the spirit more so that i don't ruin this day for my daughter even more. End rant.

It is great to see so many CCs. As my Checklist was delivered to NVC on Nov 7th, i'm hoping they got the scan date (13th Nov) wrong in the letter they sent to me regarding the 60 day nonsense. We'll see. I'm sure they will issue another Checklist.

Second IR-1 Green Card journey

06/04/2014 - sent I-130

06/11/2014 - case received at Chicago Lockbox

06/16/2014 - case sent to Nebraska Service Centre

06/18/2014 - expedite requested

06/24/2014 - received e-mail from NSC that expedite is being considered

07/10/2014 - I-130 approved

07/17/2014 - approved case sent to NVC

08/11/2014 - expedite requested

08/12/2014 - NVC case number assigned (no IIN)

08/13/2014 - IIN received by email while on hold to NVC

08/13/2014 - DS-261 submitted

08/14/2014 - AOS fee billed

08/15/2014 - AOS fee paid

08/18/2014 - expedite denied :-(

08/27/2014 - Sent AOS and IV package

I would rather think your little one will learn to appreciate her Daddy even more because of this and its a lesson many don't learn until it's too late. So please consider this a blessing instead and know you will be together very soon, then no one will be able to tear you apart.
