Well I got my checklist today and it's for a passport info page but don't say whose, even though I sent everyone's, and paycheck stubs for me, that I also sent. I'm soooooo frustrated right now, but I knew this would happen. :|

Do you see a pattern here? We send in things correctly with everything they ask us for and poof they're gone. I'm FURIOUS! So much for stress free and waiting for an interview that has been wiped out!

SOB's just sent me one also it says to send them NVC the corrected AOS but then in the download letter it says not to send it to NVC or it will delay the process by 60 days to send it to my husband and he will give it to the CO. I will send my husband one and then we get an interview will send it directly to the Embassy. NVC said there were pages missing and no signatures which is BSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS because I made sure I had my mother sign it and I dated it which they are saying it was not dated or signed. They want the taxed for 2013 and I sent them an IRS letter stating they didnt since they don't meet the reqirement to file. What more do they want from me my liver? I'm so frustrated, a few days of peace, I've actually slept now this #######. It's just to much, what if they don't accept the supposed corrected one. This is so disturbing.

There are no words...I just don't even know what to say or how to comfort you Soloenta. This was the last thing I expected to see when I logged on to this thread.

Thank you sweet heart, this is just never ending I will have no peace until my husband is home with me. There is no way I can trust these people because I think they're doing it on purpose. Funny how these things happen with loved ones in the Middle East by the truck load, so much for innocent until proven guilty. Have you even seen a balloon after they fill it up with Helium and in the morning you find it deflated? It's exactly how I feel. Hugs right backatcha sweetness.

Hi my friend, yes we got out CC but will have to send a new AOS to the Embassy and my husband. The problem is what if they don't accept the AOS as in something else is wrong with it. Then they put us in AP for God knows how long. The AOS was perfect signed, dated, they are saying it didn't have how many immigrants my mother was sponsoring but it's there in the hard copy I have, they also say pages are missing. Its just a pack of lies these people are capable of anything. God only in when they will decide to give us an interview I can't even hope anymore with this new #######.

So yes we have CC, but ........................ who know.

Soloenta...it does sound like the interview will be scheduled just the same. I think that you have a good plan of action and it will all be o.k. on interview day. You didn't need the added anxiety and stress...THAT REALLLLLY SUCKS.

Lord have mercy....you are one strong lady and will get through this...for your husband.I know this is so hard on both of you and can really test the relationship. I wonder if this happens so much just for the purpose of testing relationships. I sound paranoid now lol....but maybe they hope that the stress will drive people apart and destroy what they have so they don't immigrate. What a horrible thought to have...sorry...but it really makes me wonder.

We know that you two are strong enough to weather this experience and soon you will be in each others arms and celebrating being together.

Hi solenta, sorry about the bull...t from nvc, they did the same thing to me. But guess what my embassy never even asked me for Aos. What nvc puts one through is so unfair, many times the embassy doesn't even ask, or care about it. Don't worry my dear friend, your husband will be okay. Please don't stress out, you have been through alot, don't let this break you. All my love.

Hi! I have a question regarding aos. What if the petitioner is just a new employee and has no itr yet? Do we have any options since itr is required for aos processing?

So true. I don't know why they want us to suffer. Now I have to wait 60 more day after I resend stuff that has already been sent. I'm pissed off most about the info page of my husbands passport being "missing" because I have sent that twice, once to USCIS, and once to NVC.

I'm sorry you have to go through this. But please try not to stress. Like you said just print out Another original copy send it to the hubby for his interview and send a copy to the embassy. Just praise God that its not the embassy saying this at the interview and saying they are putting you in AP until they get it like Samreen (who I am praying will get the visa soon). And thank God you no longer have to wait at NVC until they get that information. All things work to the good of them that love The Lord

You are too precious thank you so much and yes I'll just have to deal with it, what other choice do we have. Hahaaa I thought the same thing and I'm sure we are right and this process has made me totally paranoid even when I talk on the phone or post here I'm sure they are reading and saying ok B we'll make you pay for that comment hahaaa .

Yes it states clearly in the letter that my husband is to take the supposedly corrected AOS to the interview so at least we don't have to wait 60 days in agony, thank God for that.

Thank you my angel, wow that's good to know I hope they don't ask but if they do it will be there for them to look at. My parents just can't understand how stupid they are. I was sleeping great but again stayed up all night due to this. What would I do without you guys!

Exactly this will be my third AOS they claim is wrong it's obvious what they're doing, you would have to be blind and deaf to not see it and living in a Cave somewhere!

I agree my friend I just had to vent, if it's not one thing with them it's another and I'm tired of it. Your right and I am grateful you have no idea how much and I thank God daily for my good fortune.

I am also praying that Samreen, EOC , SharksBelow and Natasha &Noor get their Visa's like Monday, I pray it's another good week, I would think they would be trying to clear as much as they can so when they get back from vacation they aren't way overloaded. God willing!

I think we would be really good at it and make sure the people getting their Visa's deserved them without making them wait for almost two years and we wouldn't be rude.

What is an ITR? Are you trying to abbreviate form employment letter.
