There seem to be a lot of spreadsheets around, I don't suppose anyone has a list of NVC rep names do they? I called to confirm what the issue was with NVC failing to get my pdf attachment regarding my expedite for the 4th time now, and the rep I got would not listen to what I was saying. When I finally had enough of him cutting me off and continually asking me if there was something else he could help me with, I told him that since he refuses to listen to me, I would like to speak with a supervisor to ask what I can do about getting my supporting documentation to them so it can be forwarded to the embassy per the embassy's request, and he straight up hung up on me. I want to make a complaint, problem is, I can't remember his name. I think it may be Gerard, but not positive. I know if I saw his name, I would for sure remember it. Anyone ever talk to a Gerard or some with a similar name?

Thanks!

We used to keep their names but since they change companies I think those reps are gone. Which is a good thing because they were worse. t5063.gif

The treatment received by the embassy is absolutely disgusting. Even just trying to obtain USC services from them is despicable.

Alhamdulillah, it is no longer taking that long. Insha'Allah tomorrow I will overnight my AOS and IV package. My AOS fee changed to paid late in the day today so I didn't have enough time to make it to the post office before the express mail cutoff.

Maybe they are holding a special interview slot just for you. I will not stop praying for you until you get you CC and your interview is scheduled.

Yes it is so bad, they treated me like a rabid dog when I was there and the Egyptian's working there were just as bad, no wonder they work behind two inches of plexiglass !

Thank you my dear friend and I will do the same for you I'll be praying all goes well and you get your CC sooner than anyone and will be here until your home :Dt5063.gif

I have my interview on Thursday...yay! I was checking in hoping too see Solenta's CC, I can't believe you don't have it yet. Hopefully this week!

Awww thank you sweet heart for thinking of me and yes still here waiting and calling twice a day for the last three days and nuttin.

Remind us on Wednesday so we can say a special prayer for you not that you'll need it just to be safe. ;) Thank you so much for thinking of me I know how busy you must be getting ready for the interview my prayers and love are with you. :)t5063.gif

Awww thank you so much means the world to me so now I'm thinking with so many prayers we have to get our CC Insha'Allah and interview, how could we go wrong. :D

Yikes four month, that would kill me, I would go back (if I had the money) then come back in April hehehee seems such a long way away. WOW what a great sister you are! t5063.gif

M just waiting for ur cc its like a dream:)

Where is roomii?

Its really hard for me Allah helps me inshaAllah

Yesterday i was check my profile option n see my disply name changed :((((

I tried many times but they said wait for another 365 days for changed :)

Only two attempts are allowed :(((

Ohhhhhhhhhhh my sweet sister hehehehe I was wondering if I was losing my memory heheee thank you Roomii for letting me know who you are. You can put your Other ID ROOMII on your signature so everyone will know it's you. :D Just go up to your ID name upper right hand of VJ page click on arrow next to your ID go to My Settings there you will see a column on the left click on Signature type what you want and done. :D You need to ask a Moderator how to change it back. You might need to contact Captain Ewok hehehee funny ID and he I think will be able to change it. Let me know if you want a link to his page.

t5063.gif

The reps are just robots the will tell you what they are programmed for. So Soloenta call everyday this is you week you will see. everyone here is praying for you and prayer moves mountains so NVC is no big task for prayers keep the faith.

Thank you my dear friend I'm calling at 7 am then at 6 to 8 pm their time every day soon they will know my name.

I know, all of your prayers is whats keeping me going even if some times I falter but I'm only human. :Dt5063.gif Thank you Myjourneytoo for your prayers and thank all of you who pray or have good wishes I appreciate it more than you can know. t4582.gif

Soloenta, I'm thinking of you. I hope you get CC soon.

Met in 2010 on a forum for a mutual interest. Became friends.
2011: Realized we needed to evaluate our status as friends when we realized we were talking about raising children together.

2011/2012: Decided we were a couple sometime in, but no possibility of being together due to being same sex couple.

June 26, 2013: DOMA overturned. American married couples ALL have the same federal rights at last! We can be a family!

June-September, 2013: Discussion about being together begins.

November 13, 2013: Meet in person to see if this could work. It's perfect. We plan to elope to Boston, MA.

March 13, 2014 Married!

May 9, 2014: Petition mailed to USCIS

May 12, 2014: NOA1.
October 27, 2014: NOA2. (5 months, 2 weeks, 1 day after NOA1)
October 31, 2014: USCIS ships file to NVC (five days after NOA2) Happy Halloween for us!

November 18, 2014: NVC receives our case (22 days after NOA2)

December 17, 2014: NVC generates case number (50 days after NOA2)

December 19, 2014: Receive AOS bill, DS-261. Submit DS-261 (52 days after NOA2)

December 20, 2014: Pay AOS Fee

January 7, 2015: Receive, pay IV Fee

January 10, 2015: Complete DS-260

January 11, 2015: Send AOS package and Civil Documents
March 23, 2015: Case Complete at NVC. (70 days from when they received docs to CC)

May 6, 2015: Interview at Montréal APPROVED!

May 11, 2015: Visa in hand! One year less one day from NOA1.

Same to you my dear!! I'm going to call as soon as I feed my little one before she heads back to kindergarten (here the kiddies come home to eat lunch and then head back). I just hope I get someone who is friendly...I'm awful for keeping my cool when a rep is rude (I guess being a rep myself I always knew when to keep myself under control when I talk to someone and they should too!) Tons and Tons and Tons of prayers today!!

Thank you my dear friend, awwww how cute she get's to come home for lunch, do you pick her up or do they bring her to you?

I hope you get someone nice also, I believe Joy and Arthur are gone since they changed companies so that's two out of our faces. So far I've been lucky and had mostly nice if clueless reps, so fingers and eyes crossed.

Every work places has those people that just shouldn't be there, those that shouldn't be allowed around any living being. Most of them work in the Government and the Embassies. :Dsmileys-happy-715315.gif t5063.gif

She walks home from school - we live in a small little town and the Kindergarten is about a 5 minute walk. I must admit I watch out the window and coming from the US this isn't common for us to allow our children to walk by themselves, but when in Rome I suppose and she's super good at coming home on time (with the occasional muddy puddle that she wants to splash in before coming home :content:

I hope I get Todd - he was awesome and seem to know what he was talking about - although unfortunately I think there are more clueless than people who know what's going on! and I don't know what's worse - the mean ones - or the ones that just tell you any ol' thing to get you off the phone! <_< lesser of two evils?

WOW super close indeed and you are in a pretty safe country and I'm the same living in the USA almost all my life I've just seen to much to walk out on the street myself, at least in certain areas and certainly not let children walk to and from school. Sad state of affairs but better safe than sorry. So she loves puddles eh hahahaa how cute :D hahaha when I was little I avoided them didn't want to get dirty. smileys-happy-715315.gif

Boy it's a toss up, clueless or mean? I can't choose hahahahaa God I need to sleep but I can't. What time is it there, almost 2 pm?

We just hit 1pm here - she goes from 8:30-12:00 and then again on Tuesdays from 1:30-3:00pm. So my little one goes and takes a nap and I get a whole whopping 1.5 hours to be by myself and do what mothers never do - sit on my big fat butt!

...and I usually don't even do that...I usually have to go scrub a toilet or two :sleepy:

Anyways, I got a very nice gentleman on the phone - first one in I do believe which made my day (no waiting)! - He gave me hope that it should hopefully be reviewed today or tomorrow. I'm not holding onto anything, but it's still positive news than the 60 day routine some reps are throwing out. Let's hope he's right (and it's a CC!) :goofy:

Oh finally someone nice and with a brain, wouldn't it be nice if we both got our CC's at the same time hehehe wooo hooo I would love that. :D Woooooo Hooooooooooooot5109.gif. I was going to call now but decided to wait for later since they just opened and the site shows no change. If they tell me CC I wont believe them they lied to me before and wondering if they would let me make sure by talking to a supervisor. I'll give it a try if I ever get mine. hehhe.

I decided to do a little de-cluttering - my plan is to have most of this stuff sold off before we get through the NVC. With two kiddies and dealing schooling systems and finding a place to live (ect. ect.) I want the move to be as smooth as possible and that means cleaning out 6 years worth of stuff I've accumulated through-out (which is no easy job).

I have the benefit of sleeping while NVC is working, otherwise I don't think I'd get much done right now constantly running to the computer to check the CEAC website. I'm so nervous for a checklist I'm trying to go back through the forums and see when they received their checklists (around what date) so I can judge if I'm more inclined to a CC or THE checklist. Prayers for both of us.

And if we both get our CC's today this forum will be filled with nothing but my comments...every 5 minutes I will jump for joy and send another smiley...seriously. I may get kicked off for writing so much and sending so much joy and pictures!! I am praying for you and everyone that is near our days. I wish nothing but good vibes and quick CC's!!

Smart move to start getting rid of things you can't take now instead of the last minute, not an easy thing to do. I hope you sell everything you can so you can have as much as you can when you get here. I'm going to try to sell some things so we will have extra for what ever we might need, you just never know.

Oh yes you are lucky, I leave things to do tomorrow because I keep checking the computer for news and my husband because we can only talk when he isn't working. Sometimes he puts his iPhone on video so I can see him at work hahahaa it's so cute makes my day. Wish bandwidth was free darn it!

I read that if your going to get a checklist they come early on they don't wait for the 60 days supposedly. Anyone know this for sure? Lurkers welcome. :Dt4582.gif

Hahahaa God I hope so and no one will throw you out of here you do what you want as much as you want, just go to town girl! Heheheeee God have mercy on us all and walk with us through this torture called Immigration. Praying we all get our CC's NOW hehehe please! t5063.gif
