OMG my AOS changed from PAID to N/A!!!!! I checked this morning and nothing and i checked again (twice of course lol) and it has now changed to N/A. I cannot get through to NVC (called 20 times already) but as soon as I do, i will confirm with you all!

I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!!!!! God truly hears prayer.......thanks to my Lord JesusChrist for this blessing! Thank you to Saylin for your wonderful WiKi and to everyone on here who either answered questions, gave me a boost of confidence or just listened to me vent! Thank you to everyone

Last scan date: Oct. 21 for both packages, no checklists!

No nothing yet I think they are waiting to get everyone else through and are holding on to our files. I know paranoid but I just can't help it anymore.

I don't know what to tell you but I'm so sorry for this mess. I would be afraid to suggest anything to anyone at this point it's like walking a mined field dealing with any immigration dept. Praying this all works out for the best.

Thank you sweet heart but I'm totally out of home for our case. Now news is it's taking the Embassy in Cairo months to schedule interviews so it doesn't matter one way or another.

Thank you for the information sweet heart, I called again same old 60 day BS, I asked her why scan dates later than mine are getting CC and mine hasn't been looked at yet and she just repeated the same thing. Thank you again for the information.

It looks as though the two people with November CC both got their interviews scheduled for January. The embassy basically just lied to me. I am so happy for everyone that got their interviews, and am praying there may still be some hope for you Soloenta. Sorry to have caused you any distress. I guess the embassy could not come up with any other reason to deny my expedite as they know darn well it's a legitimate request, so they had to lie about being backed up and short on resources.

They did the same to me and in a cold e-mail and mine was legitimate also, they just don't care they lack compassion, they are there for the money and will do as little as possible while there. These are the rejects no other company or department would take due to their personalities.

No angel you didn't cause me any distress I was already there since I haven't received our CC and it feels I never will. The only good thing I can see out of them denying you is it wont make much of a difference since they have actually improved tremendously from taking 6 to 9 months for interviews. I wish they would have given you your interview sooner and I will be praying you can get as close as you can. I think even if they have given out Jan 30 interviews I have seen them all over the place, last interview given can be for Jan 3.

There seem to be a lot of spreadsheets around, I don't suppose anyone has a list of NVC rep names do they? I called to confirm what the issue was with NVC failing to get my pdf attachment regarding my expedite for the 4th time now, and the rep I got would not listen to what I was saying. When I finally had enough of him cutting me off and continually asking me if there was something else he could help me with, I told him that since he refuses to listen to me, I would like to speak with a supervisor to ask what I can do about getting my supporting documentation to them so it can be forwarded to the embassy per the embassy's request, and he straight up hung up on me. I want to make a complaint, problem is, I can't remember his name. I think it may be Gerard, but not positive. I know if I saw his name, I would for sure remember it. Anyone ever talk to a Gerard or some with a similar name?

The treatment received by the embassy is absolutely disgusting. Even just trying to obtain USC services from them is despicable.

Alhamdulillah, it is no longer taking that long. Insha'Allah tomorrow I will overnight my AOS and IV package. My AOS fee changed to paid late in the day today so I didn't have enough time to make it to the post office before the express mail cutoff.

Maybe they are holding a special interview slot just for you. I will not stop praying for you until you get you CC and your interview is scheduled.

I have my interview on Thursday...yay! I was checking in hoping too see Solenta's CC, I can't believe you don't have it yet. Hopefully this week!

Awww thank you so much means the world to me so now I'm thinking with so many prayers we have to get our CC Insha'Allah and interview, how could we go wrong.

Yikes four month, that would kill me, I would go back (if I had the money) then come back in April hehehee seems such a long way away. WOW what a great sister you are!

The reps are just robots the will tell you what they are programmed for. So Soloenta call everyday this is you week you will see. everyone here is praying for you and prayer moves mountains so NVC is no big task for prayers keep the faith.
