Awww thank you so much means the world to me so now I'm thinking with so many prayers we have to get our CC Insha'Allah and interview, how could we go wrong.

Yikes four month, that would kill me, I would go back (if I had the money) then come back in April hehehee seems such a long way away. WOW what a great sister you are!

Oh Maharosa thank you so much I hope we all get good news and NVC starts catching up and going faster so you don't have to wait like many of us have Insha'Allah we will all be free from this soon.

Amen to that!! This is Soloenta's week!! Lets all continue to pray for her and send her good vibes!! NVC told me last week they will start scheduling 2nd round of interviews for mid to end of January...so CC along with interview date would be amazing!!! Will be checking this week also for Soloenta's good news!!

Hope this week nvc speeds up and alot of u waiting can finally get CC. ?

I was just about to call but then I decided to put down the phone and wait until tomorrow - I have a feeling nothing got done over the weekend so might as well give them the opportunity today to grab my file...Please oh please hurry and grab my file!!! (and while your at it complete Soloenta's too!!)

Seriously these NVC ppl make me crazy! I hate how u get a different answer depending on who u speak to. Spoke to Lydia on Thursday (super nice) and she said since we are expedited they will send our case directly to embassy and that nvc will still be scheduling interview. I told her I'd heard embassy schedules in expedited cases. She said no.she also said we would have date within one-2 weeks. Again bc of Exp. Call today and get ivy. Nice but doesn't seem too bright I ask if it's left she says yes then oh wait..NO. then isso who schedules and of course she says embassy will call hubby.

So which is it?? No clue!

If I remember correctly and I'm sure I do NVC sends expedites files to the Embassy and the Embassy schedules the interview date. And yes they are idiots at NVC well paid idiots as I've read but idiots never the less. I pray you get your interview soon my friend.

Don't leave it to the Embassy to call keep an eye out for your interview date but they should call or e-mail your husband. Please someone feel free to correct me. Ty.

If the Embassy doesn't have your files with your Case Number they wont know who you are so they wont be able to give you an interview. Did NVC say when they sent it or when they plan to send your file to the Embassy or is it already there? If your files are at the embassy yes you can request an early interview date.

Thank you so much for the information and I don't think so I haven't had any luck with immigration and I don't think it will change any time soon. I know at other threads people are getting interviews about a month after CC. This whole thing is very confusing and completely disappointing. I should have known better.
