I m alright. Doing better. Hubby mailed the package next day so I will recieve Friday and then send them on Saturday hopefully. Next week I m gonna be going thru the same Nvc stress and I thought I was done with it a month back but it's ok. As u said 'one last push' inshAllah I hope they issue it to as soon as they recieve!

I am knee deep in preparations as we leave this time next week - 18th Dec.

However I have just read through and caught up on the thread and Soloenta I can hardly breath with hope that you might get your CC by the end of the week. Come on girl - we need to get you out of here.

Samreen my heart is sinking thinking that you have to go through more stress and trouble. Still, hang in there, get them the documents and you will get your Visa soon.

Yes Msc tell me about it. But it's alright. This process has made us so much stronger that I wouldn't have believed ever before that I m so strong. I didn't shed one tear when this happened and I am just hopeful that Allah will give it to me next week inshAllah. And it made me realize the love that we hold for each other when husband was filling the form in a few hours and mailed me next day. So I think everything has a reason behind it

On the side note I m veryyyyyyy happy for u! From the depth of my heart really!! And I can just imagine the excitement that ur kids will have right now haha. I wish u a v safe journey and a blessed life with all the happiness that we lost in these 2 years. I hope we get ten times that amount. InshAllah

Samreen, don't stress out, your female your a Dr and they love getting someone already trained because they are taking top notch people with out spending a dime. Believe me they wont make you wait long. And can't wait until you day Visa in hand. Can you hand deliver it to the Embassy or is it to far?

It's in another city soloenta plus my embassy doesn't take walk in visits or even accept phone calls regarding immigrant visa. They only contact by fax and emails. So the only option I have Is mailing them

No, it's actually my fourth, I sent three AOS forms they were messed up so a friend here on VJ helped me out actually did the whole thing for me. She received no checklist for hers. So those first ones were rejected, I was given a Checklist for all three of them, but three days after I sent the first ones in I sent the second three corrected AOS's then they gave me a checklist for my mothers Co Sponsor form where they requested my parents marriage certificate. I asked them isn't this the fourth Checklist and two of them said yes it made a total of four. So I asked them why they couldn't let me give the corrected one to my husband to take to Cairo Embassy. They said you can't we have to make sure they are good to go from here that's what the Cairo Embassy wants. This is why I fear another checklist. I hope I didn't confuse you.

No sweetheart u have gotten two checklists uptil now. One checklist was corrected 3 days later by ur second set of forms. Then about the second chscklist they lied to u and u came to know about it when u were expecting ur case complete. So u sent the third set of forms now. And I m totally sure u will have to cc in a couple days iA keep checking the ceac site for that n/a now

Does anyone know if I can use a job offer letter dated from back in August along with the most recent 6 months of pay stubs to show my promotion/pay increase at work? My supervisor is so busy and hardly in the office, I really hate to ask her to write a new employment letter for me. Partially because I know her plate is so full and also because she sometimes takes so long to get to things, I feel like I might be waiting for ever for it.

This is my take on current annual income. If you have filed 2013 taxes and earns at least 150% of poverty line for your household (125% needed for US Visa) then just list 2013 total tax income for current annual income. For the interview just update I-864 with 2014 tax income as current income. I did this for half a dozen people already and no checklist from NVC..
