I know the feeling...my nerves are shot and I am sick to my stomach all the time anymore. Today I was thinking how nice it would be to be asleep in a time capsule and awaken only for the CC email lol. But then again... I would miss out on the precious moments that happen in between all this hoopla .

I'm just itching to start my new life - Everything that we've been waiting for is within our reach and without the NVC doing their job and approving well let's just say along with everyone else who got a checklist, my heart would be crushed. Not only would we lose another couple of months but also the job that's waiting for us in the US and where we want to set up our final rooting house. But I guess everyone has a sad story...just hold strong together and get through this - I was thinking to myself...just two more weeks...just two more weeks...

Happens to everyone, did you save a copy for yourself on your PC or have a hard copy of it? I''m sure your just over thinking this Insha'Allah. t5063.gif

God I hope so! We all need a lot of good news. t4582.gif

How exciting, praying all will go smoothly for you and soon have Visa in hand. :Dt5063.gif

Ditto on all points, I'm just exhausted, but then couldn't watch my husband cook like I am on Slype right now hahahahaaa. I have to have proof he has cooked ;)

t5063.gif

  Hahahahahahahaaa well great the puta's or hijo's de puta ;) are going to check into it, God willing you will get your CC very soon. t4582.gif

InshAllah!! I pray every moment I can (with two little ones tugging on me) to thank Allah for everything he has provided us and pray that he see's fit for us to return the US where we have been away from for so long. Let's pray that he blesses us with all of that fate.

I thought filing the petition was the hardest part but it seems the AOS one is the most grueling. About to enter that stage and I'm panicking as I'm the one organizing every paperwork mostly and I've no clue about those i864 forms answered correctly so I can't be confident telling my husband... "We got this love, we got this." O.o

Well we are here to tell you - YOU GOT THIS! - just use all of our knowledge (and they know A LOT). Make 1, 2, 3, 4 trail filings to make sure that there are absolutely no errors. Sweating the small things like yes you should put N/A on everything or NONE or 0 - Just be consistent. You will hear all types of stories - Saylin does say that N/A on blank spots so you'd be smart to follow her instructions.

You got this! All the best!:thumbs:

I am at the TSC, and have been there since Sept 8, the day of my NOA1. I heard that it is best not to call until at least 5 months have passed because they will say that you are under the normal processing times otherwise.

TSC is Texas Service Center but it's under USCIS and five months is the normal time frame. Most of us before your groups had to wait some well over a year so five months is nothing. Just do what your heart tells you to do.

You have two little children so Alhamdulillah this makes it easier for you at the interview so no worries. And yes we must be grateful for what God has given us which is a lot and why we are here going through this torture. :)t4582.gif

Did you check out Saylin's thread? Here it is just in case it helps you work through all this madness and what you don't understand you can ask there and here but you will have more people helping you here. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/524875-nvc-filers-december-2014/ Filing the petition was actually fun not like the rest of this journey. Much luck to you, just take a deep breath and your do great :Dt4582.gif

Just an update about the topic above: I looked at saylin's new spreadsheet and yup, nobody there has a oct 7 to 10 scan date...so I think it will be a quiet week for us here, but not necessarily NVC. ;)

I'm not saying hey don't exist, but maybe they're silent readers or even people who are not in the VJ world...this website is just a portion of the people passing through it (I know a few from FB who never used this website)...so let's not go down, for sure the things are moving. :)

You're right. I forget that sometimes lol . . . hopefully they are working on those dates, it's just not reflected on here.

Just an update about the topic above: I looked at saylin's new spreadsheet and yup, nobody there has a oct 7 to 10 scan date...so I think it will be a quiet week for us here, but not necessarily NVC. ;)

True, very true!

That`s so frustrating to read that someone with a later scan date than me already has a cc!!

I'm sorry about that....i know what that feels like (happened to me at USCIS stage). But hang in there.....your time is almost up and soon you will have your CC :)

 God's timing is always perfect. . . :star:"Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!" (Luke 1:45) ^_^

Hello everyone at VJ and December thread,

I want to say "Thank-you" to everyone in this thread that have been providing so much useful information. I have been suffering in silent throughout this process, until i found this thread. I haven been a silent reader until today. i am currently waiting for CC, in day 54. I also pray for all the members who are apart from their loved ones and just hope NVC give all of us the goods news and the hope that soon we will be reunited again. Good luck to the members who already have been CCed and who have interviews scheduled already. Blessing for everyone.

Hey! I won't welcome you because Soloenta has the best gif ever for it! Lol

But great you're here. I've been a silent reader during USCIS a stage but then I decided to share my experience.

It's great to see we're not alone..here it's like the Xavier Institute but instead of mutants there are us, people fighting to be next to their loved ones! Haha

What's your last scan date, do you mind if I ask? :)
