Yes soloenta somebody did respond on the other thread. Husband has already mailed me the package and then I have to forward to embassy from here. So I will double check everything. Ur prayers are all that I need (L)

Hope she's another Vanessa the one I spoke to a while back told me I had CC and it was a lie. I'm weary of all of them and don't believe a word they say. :( Sad state of affairs. Thank you for the update sweet heart. t4582.gif

Thank you both for the update! I don't know how you get these super nice people at NVC.... and mofatsd, I can't even begin to imagine how you got so much information out of them! :lol: I do believe for some reason they're usually a little bit nicer to the USC though (my wife had more luck than I did)... or maybe it's just me who's not a people person. :P I think it's a little early for me to call still, most likely will do so next week if no news or when one of you guys gets the good news.

Hey familia! It makes me excited to see we are moving along. Although my husband thinks the opposite :ranting: we are a step closer

I feel like it gets harder for us especially because our daughter is now 1 year and 3 months old and our 2nd year anniversary is on the 29th of this month :cry:

I just hope we all get CCs soon NO checklists and leave this in the past and live with our spouses the way it should be TOGETHER FOREVER!

No I'm a USC and I've been treated like ####### many times it's just hit and miss you just never know who your going to get. The rude ones wont care where your from they are an equal opportunity group. :Dgiggle.gif

Hola, God I hope and pray so and there has to be a negative and positive hahahaa so your doing great. I know how you feel I just missed my husbands BD and he doesn't care he's working his behind off and just thinks it's silly and I'm all upset about it. So there you go hahaha it's just the way it is.

I was anticipating calling when I get off work, but the husband just called me to ask me if I emailed him something about the NVC. I log into his email and there was our welcome letter. Thanks Allah!

Hello everyone!

We recieved our interview date letter through email yesterday. We are schedule for January 12. We are trying to schedule the fingerprint appoinemt on the website but it doesn't allow us. Says something about our case number wasnt ready yet something like that. I don't know what to do about that. Also I keep seeing something about a DS-160 which I don't know if I have to fill out or not. We are I-130 for spouse and we filled out our DS-260. Please help! Confused!

Thank you! Question for you since your husband is Egyptian, when completing forms for him, how was his name provided? My husband has 5 names, his first/given name, then his fathers, grandfathers, and great grandfathers names, and finally his family/surname. Does your husband have multiple names like my husband? If so, where did he apply the names for his father, grandfather and great grandfather? Was it with the given names or the surnames?

I'm a little bit confused so I mentioned Soloenta in the other thread thinking it was this one...lol

Anyways...there's a CC in the other thread...and the scan date was....October 20th!!

12/05/2013 Got married

CR1 Visa process
12/26/2013 NOA1 date
07/07/2014 NOA2 date (7 loooong months).
07/10/2014 left USCIS
07/22 arrived at NVC
07/31 Case# assigned
08/01 AOS Bill invoiced and DS 261
08/02 AOS bill paid and DS 261 completed
08/05 AOS bill shows PAID in the ceac website
08/13 AOS package sent
08/18 AOS package delivered (USPS website track number)
09/11 IV Bill invoiced
09/12 IV bill shows PAID
09/12 DS 260 completed
09/12 IV package sent
09/18 IV package received (rep. told this date but the 60 days waiting letter says 09/16).
10/17 - AOS checklist. Tax transcripst 2013 missing (husband thought W2s were enough)
10/21 - Checklist scanned
12/12 - Case Complete!!!!!!!!!!! thank God!
01/06/2015 - Medicals
01/12/2015 - Interview date ((It was Feb 27th but due to a cancellation they rescheduled to Jan 21!!!!!) - VISA APPROVED!!! Interview review on my timeline. :)
01/15/2015 - Visa in hand
01/22/2015 - POE (Los Angeles)!!!!!!!!

I-751 Removal of Conditions

11/03/2016 - Package sent

11/09/2016 - Check deposited and NOA 1 received

11/04/2016 - NOA 1 Date
12/08/2016 - Biometric Appt.

Hellooo everyone,hw r we holding up,the process makes days look like century ,worst for those of us that are miles away from our spouses,i think the process is better off if the spouses are together while d process goes down

Still be encouraged,its only for a while

For the cc ,congrats to uuu all and dnt forget to mention us in ur tiny prayers for super deliverance

Wow!!dnt no if am the only one that has observed that even asknvc or inquiry email response is also 60days making it the worst means to inquire abt one's case as its almost like waiting for the real case review.

Hmmmm!!the psychological stress the whole process gives,leaves u wondering if it wudnt hv bn better to marry the d guy or lady next door esp if ur real rizn for immigration is for luv and to b reunited with spouse and not to hv us residence permit

Well,said cant wait to b able to sleep well at night,esp when ur marriage have bcome over the phone and the real essence is missed greatly

God in his infinite mercies should please help us through it all and gv us shortened and sucessful outcome
