So we are gathering everything to DCF in Santo Domingo, DR. in the I 130 it asks for my address and my husband (beneficiary) address. Here's the problem( wel i think it might be a problem  ) in both of our Dominican IDs(cedulas) we have his mom's address which we use every where (our joint bank acc, etc) as our mailing address because we always leave our residence in the morning and we are not home until late night, we use his mom's address for any correspondence. Now, will it be a problem is i use this address as our address on I 130 and include our lease where we currently live together as evidence for bone fide marriage? Helppppp. I'm stuck. :( Anybody had the same problem? any advice will be really appreciate it

I had the same situation as yours, I am not DCF though I don't know if there's a big difference when it comes to I-130's. Our is just a normal CR1 process..

What we did with that is to put the actual mailing address on the I-130 form, and then for the G325a put your actual physical address. Then do not forget to include a letter explaining the situation as to why the mailing and residential addresses are different. In our case my husband lives in a condo so his email either gets stolen or just doesn't get delivered so we opted for his parents address. Do not forget to mention that there's a letter explaining the addresses on your cover letter.

It worked, we got our petition approved recently and we get hardcopies of the receipt sent through the mailing address (parent's). :)

*I meant mails, not emails. All of his mails are sent there.

Oh perfect. That makes sense. I guess I'll just have to have a letter explaining the situation will the letter need to be notorized or something ? And congrats on your approval. Hopefully everything will go smooth in my case that's basically the only issue I have. I wish they had like an option like "mailing address" and "physical address" on I-130. And i was filling out the G325A and I actually put the address where we actually live

we didn't have the explanation letter notarized. :) he just signed and dated it.

yeah as long as everything is organized and explained it will all be well. i do agree they should have a section where they ask for the mailing and residential address! anyways, ty and goodluck on yours! :)

*oh I do remember I also signed and dated the explanation letter. I remember making sure both of us signed just in case. :D I was that scared of RFE's.
