I had a checklist so my new scan date was october 29, 30 or 31. I sent it the 27 and they rcvd it the 28, so it's one of those dates. But I check ceac couple days ago and it showed that. So they could have re-checked it recently.

They will schedule your interview towards the end of this month. The email about interview schedule arrives about a week after it is actually scheduled.

What should you do now? You can just relax and give them a call towards the end of this month if you get anxious. Otherwise, just wait for the email.

In the meantime, it may be a good idea to get the immunization required for medical out of the way if you feel like taking action in the meantime.

Hi, sorry ,could not pay my thanks for your kind share of the knowledge. I looked back for some thing and saw this time note. Please accept my humble thanks for your kind time to share the knowledge.

Did u get the interview date ? Our is 01/18/2015. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU AND TO ALL ON EARTH.

it takes aprox 30-42 days to review ds261 ( start calling NVC after 15-20 days of submitting) . After they reviewed ds261, IV fee will be invoiced. When IVfee shows paid,Ds-260 will be unlocked

If the petitioner was assigned as the agent, you should be able to call after 3-4 business days. Basically as soon as the DS-261 shows up in their system, you can request manual review over the phone. Since it's been long enough, I'd call NVC Monday to check on that DS-261. Once the DS-261 is reviewed, it will take a couple more days for them to issue th IV invoice, and then another 12-24 hours from the time you receive the invoice before the fee will unlock so you can pay it. As Frips said, once th IV fee shows paid, then the DS-260 will unlock.

Good luck!

Thanks to you and Frips for sharing this information, I'm the applicant and the petitioner is my wife and we decide to choose me as the agent. It's been 17 days since we submit ds-261. I'll wait as Frips says and then start calling NVC to speed them up :) thanks again ☺️
