My AOS fee is shown as PAID now. But, IV fee hasn't been invoiced yet. I'm planning to send both AOS package and IV package right away.

Does anyone know which department I should attention my IV package too ? For AOS, the AOS cover sheet says it to attention it to "CMS AOS"...Any such thing for IV package ?

Thank you in advance

Yes.. but you should use bar code cover sheet and send to Attn:DR

What's 'Attn: DR' ? Is that the department that handles IV packages ?

Ohhhhhhhhhhh wow sounds like working at a hospital to me, holy cow I wouldn't be able to live there no way I love cold but cold for me is 40 to 50 degrees hahahahahaa I know I'm a wuss when it comes to ext-stream weather plus or minus. Good to know you'll be nice and toasty next year. :D

But for now this will have to do. :D graphics-christmas-fireplace-455171.gif

Yeah, definitely not always fun working at a place open ALL THE TIME. But, it is what it is, haha.

And I hear ya! When I lived in Florida in the past, we got acclimated to the weather pretty quickly, so soon, anything below 60 was cold for us, along with everyone else in the state. But, where I am now, 60 would be a heat wave! Can't wait to see 60 as cold again. Just like ~10 more months to go

Ohhh, thank you! That looks so Christmas-y!

Oh I know Hospital work SUCKS plus rude sick people not fun at all.

So right the body will get used to everything but you know I never got used to the heat in Egypt, it was just way to hot for me. Hahaha it will be freezing for my husband I think it's 57 at night there and it can get to the 30's in Ca if it's a particularly cold winter. If he complains I'll send him to Fargo hahahahahaaa NOT!

At least it's not ten more months of NVC! I can't remember when immigration hasn't been part of my life. :( smileys-happy-715315.gif

I guess the NVC isn't feeling the holiday spirit. We submitted everything - including the paper DS-260 which the NVC specifically requested - and paid all the fees back in AUGUST. Then two months later, the NVC says oops sorry we actually want you to submit it the DS-260 electronically. So we did on October 30. We were hoping for case complete 60 days later AKA any day now. Instead, today I get an email with a checklist. This process has been hard but today I hit rock bottom emotionally. I'm so frustrated and angry.

They are asking for a photocopy of "the applicant's court or prison records indicating the nature of this person's conviction or sentence." My husband has never been to court and has never been convicted or sentenced. He was arrested once because his friend punched someone and the cops arrested everyone who was there because they didn't know who threw the punch. Literally no charges were ever even brought against my husband. We already SENT the NVC the police record of this. So now what are they requesting, does anyone know? How can I show a document describing something that never happened???

Worst Christmas ever.

In I-864, on part 4 question 11c, if i'm a naturalized US citizen, then I have to check 11a "I am a US Citizen". Should I also fill in my Alien number for 11c since I did have one before becoming US Citizen? or can I leave 11c blank or write "N/A" ?

Hi we got a checklist just before Christmas. I am sending inthe requested information inthe next week.

It was also suggested (not mandatory but suggested) to have a joint sponsor as we are using assets at the moment because we both live in Australia.

We have a joint sponsor lined up and I will be going through them with the i864 etc. can we just bring this to the interview instead of going to the NVC with the joint sponsor or does it HAVE to go to NVC first? I could send in my extra info and we will get to interview stage. Can we hold onto the joint sponsor i864 until the interview and show the CO or does it have to go to NVC for review.

I'm just worried (annoyed) as if we send to NVC we will need to wait at least 60 days for them to review the joint sponsor sponsor info and that means more time again!!

Thanks and good luck everyone.
