Don't stress you still have time. You need to go with your latest scan date, nov 12. I am oct 31 and got cc today. You are almost there! I got cc in 52 days. NVC has sped up their processing times. Stay strong. Like all things this stage in ur life will come to an end and new things will happen :)

Thanks and Congrats for you CC... You almost Done..

Hello,

I am new to the site and have been reading through many of the postings. I am a bit confused. I have sent in all my documents (AOS and Civil) and Paid all my Fees (AOS and IV application) and filled DS-261 and DS-260. My documents were recieved 11/18/14 (Is that the scan date?) . I keep seeing people on here saying that when they recieve a N/A on the portal, that means approval? I go onto the Consular application center portal and under the main informational page;Next to AOS and Civil is "N/A" and has been that way since a little after documents were received. Can anyone clarify the "N/A" and what it means?

Thank you

Next to AOS u have to see N/a instead of PAID... You need to see 3's N/A in the site.

Good day fellow Vjers,

I have a question! My hubby (petitioner) sent in AoS and IV packages and we got scan date of 12/12/2014. DS-260 form submitted and AoS fees paid and receipt. IV Invoice has been issued and the little check box under "Select" lights up with a tick when clicked, which means its now ready for payment. My question is, does NVC start reviewing your documents while they scan, or do they await payment of the IV fees and submission applicant's IV application, before they start reviewing?? At what point does the 60 days start...is it at the date issued in the Scan letter, or after all documents and fees sent in??

I guess waiting gets my mind running all over the place, trying to be a fly on the wall in there. :)

no i got through twice just fine without any busy signal , this was about a hour ago

got the speech wait 42 days for case number.. planning on calling back January 13

Right now most people are averaging around 28-30 days for a case number, despite the speal they give you on the phone. So you may want to call earlier if NVC received it 1-Dec. :) Good luck!

Hello everyone,

I sent my AOS and IV together to NVC last week, when I filled out I-864EZ form (I am eligible) I noticed that sending last three years of tax transcripts is optional, so I just sent last years tax transcripts. I am not sure they if do check list for not sending additional 2 years tax transcripts? Should I just send all three years again? thanks for your advice.

It's not required if your current salary & last year's income is well above the poverty guidelines for your house hold size.

Just called NVC for the first time...after being on hold for close to an hour they told me they received my case 11/25 but no case number yet. I'm probably gonna call them again after the holidays. She told me to wait 42 days but I guess I'll be calling sooner than that since people have been saying it doesn't take that long right? Just don't wanna listen to that stupid music more than i have to, it's stuck in my head now :D

6/5/2013 got married

11/14/2013 mailed I-130

11/19/2013 I-130 NOA1 (NSC)

12/20/2013 mailed I-129f (just in case)

12/27/2013 I-129f NOA1 (NSC)

1/2/2014 ARN changed on both I-130 and I-129f

1/7/2014 I-129f updated/touched?

11/10/2014 NOA2 FINALLY!!! (after 356 days & 4 service requests)
