Anya !!!! Good news

I checked my case in CEAC today and my AOS FEE changed to N/A. I just called the confirmed A CASE COMPLETE. I hope u will hear something soon. Good luck

So u not wait 60 days to review your non-convection certificate ? Right ?

Today i call to ask if they recieve the non convection cer, but they told me nothing in the system right now and the lady told me call next week .

I send the document via immigration center here in amman and they told me we send the email on DEC/11/2014

Again ,, im happy for you finally u done with nvc

I just wanted to point out that unfortunately Saylin's excel document that documents your visa progress has a huge gap between the end of September and then the end of October. No one with scan dates

My thoughts in regards to scan dates and such: NVC isn't ever on just one specific date. It'll always be a range of dates, because there's more than just one person reviewing files. And although NVC

So u not wait 60 days to review your non-convection certificate ? Right ?

Today i call to ask if they recieve the non convection cer, but they told me nothing in the system right now and the lady told me call next week .

I send the document via immigration center here in amman and they told me we send the email on 11/12/2014

Again ,, i happy for you finally u done with nvc

If they just emailed it few days ago it won't be in the system yet. Can take 2-3 weeks for the to add it to your file.

I am happy for your CCs guys, but I am pissed that my case wasn't looked at and there are guys that are before me and they are still waiting. WTH? I am OCT 28 and nothing. :ranting::protest:

I just got off phone with NVC and they said I am almost there. Hopefully beginning of next week. This gives me hope.... please please pleaseeee god, get my case complete news to me soooooooooonnnnn..... :clock::reading:

I just got off the phone with NVC. My scan date is Oct 28th but recently I have realized that I made a mistake and resent my AOS package which was scan on Dec 10h.

I was really hoping to still be in the pipeline and have everything g reviewed by the end of the year.

A nice lady answered the phone but unfortunately she deleted all my hopes and to me that I am looking at a review in the second week of February.. I am so depressed right now...

I thought somebody in the thread had somehow a similar situation and she/he got the review with the first scan date?

This wait is killing me :(

I also forgot to mention that when I called about sending in the corrected document the first time, the operator told me to send an email to asknvc@state.gov telling them that I was sending the replacement document and otherwise my package was complete and ready to review. It is possible that this helped them to know to use my first scan date. I don't think it hurt.

Thanks! My first scane date was on October 3. And then I got checklist for new requirement which was never mentioned in the first checklist. Last scane date dec 5.

Actually, I just got a reply to the original email today telling me of the CC (one day after I got the N/A on the website). It's possible that they got to the email and reviewed it then???

It took them 12 days to review it (I dont know how that happened) however I recivied email said 60 days story on Dec 10.

So they might review yours shortly. Wish u the best inshallah ?

ugh finally got the checklist email. the stuff they told me over phone was incorrect. so sad

-they want my passport biographic page (which i already sent). Over the phone (two times) they said they needed my passport picture (which i already sent as well)

-They need the joint sponsors proof of employment. Over the phone they told me they needed my wifes proof of empoyment.

UGH I dont even know what to do now. I am just done with this.

USCIS

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

Call and ask them if you can take it with your to interview. They might let you do it. Sorry to hear that man. I know it sucks.
