I just wanted to point out that unfortunately Saylin's excel document that documents your visa progress has a huge gap between the end of September and then the end of October. No one with scan dates

Hello guys my AOS fee turned into N/A on December 15th. So I called NVC to make sure whether my has approved or not. They said my case approved and they are waiting for interview date to be confirmed by embassy. I did not got approved email yet. How long it takes to receive approved email and interview date.

guys, I'd like to remember you ALL with CC or checklists to please update your timeline and also Saylin's spreadsheets (for the ones who put data on it). These tools were amazingly helpful for us so let's keep it also helpful for future users. ;)

Because of some system-wide error at NVC's end, IV portal is not being opened from quite some time. Is it true people are sending across the AOS and IV package after paying the AOS fee, while waiting for IV fee portal to open. Can we do that?

I was told by 4 different NVC reps that it is okay to send both the AOS and IV packages once the AOS fee shows paid in the portal.

USCIS

10/11/2014 – Mailed I-130 packet to the Chicago Lockbox
10/14/2014 – I-130 packet signed for
10/15/2014 – Priority date assigned
10/19/2014 – Acceptance confirmation email received
10/20/2014 – Check cashed
10/24/2014 – Received I-797C (NOA1)
10/27/2014 – Faxed the USCIS expedite packet to the Senator's office
10/29/2014 – Expedite request sent to USCIS from the Senator's office on my behalf
11/05/2014 – USCIS approved I-130 petition
11/07/2014 – USCIS sent case to the NVC for processing
11/08/2014 – Received I-797, Approval!!! (NOA2)

NVC

11/11/2014 - Emailed the NVC Expedite Packet to the Senator's office
11/12/2014 - Expedite request sent to NVC from the Senator's office on my behalf
11/12/2014 - NVC received case from USCIS
11/28/2014 - Received confirmation email from NVC, expedite request was received and is being processed

Yes.. but you should use bar code cover sheet and send to Attn:DR

So I got the email from NVC today saying they've received my documents. I called yesterday as well and the lady (who I actually really liked) told me that they got there Dec 16. The email today says they got there Dec 11. Am I meant to go by what date the email says?

Also confusing because I hadn't even actually sent them by Dec 11 - they were sent Dec 12. But I mean, if they want to push my scan date up a week, I won't complain. Anyone else had this or know which date I should go by?

9/8/2014 - Arrived to Chicago Lockbox

9/10/2014 - Email notification of NOA1 - forwarded to CSC

9/25/2014 - Received hard copy of NOA1

9/30/2014 - Email notification of NOA2, approved (20 days)

10/15/2014 - NVC received case

11/5/2014 - Case # and IIN assigned

11/6/2014 - Welcome email from NVC and DS-261 submitted

11/7/2014 - AOS fee invoiced and paid

12/2/2014 - Send AOS and IV pack together from Australia

12/3/2014 - IV fee invoiced and paid

Good morning everyone! I checked last night at midnight since they close at that time and still no changes, yet I just woke up, logged on and guess what?!! I got N/A on the AOS paid line! I'm now just waiting for 7am to call NVC and get confirmation that it is cc. God is amazing, people, keep praying and don't lose hope for yourselves and others.

What's your scan date?
