That's a big mystery. None of us knows really. The first few times we called we all got told the later scan date, now they mostly say the one in the email when you call. I have Oct 23 and 24, other members had Oct 17 and 20, 21 and 23, etc. I THINK it's the one on the email, but it's mostly up to you. :)

As per our experience, your scan date will be considered as of 12/11/2014, but know still it's up them ,how they consider the things ,as we saw the scan dates of others going back and for....... Good luck, and keep the hopes up...... Always,... GOD HAS THE PERFECT TIMING FOR ALL OF US .....

Thanks Meandmine,as well as S&A for responding. I do agree with you that God's timing is perfect for all of us. A don't really understand all about the significance of the scan date, except that knowing that they received the documents is important. It means that at some point from the day of receipt, some attention will be paid to my case. I just pray that it will be reviewed within the 60 days..and I don't get any RFEs during that time. God has been good to us up to this point, and we are trusting him to take us through to the near end.

I will be sure to post with updates on my case from now on. The most difficult to do is that first post i think ?. I am also given different scan dates when i call,10/24 and 10/27. I'm sticking to the first one cos it sounds better lol. Anyways, i'm glad i decided to start posting. Something a little therapeutic about doing so... cheers!

A photocopy wouldn't suffice as they need an original signature. So, if you can't find it by the interview, just print a new set out and sign it. The date shouldn't matter
