scan date october 10, and got checklist would have been nice if i got case complete but hey at least they view my case and it didnt end up getting lost or sitting on someone desk collecting dust so i cant complain :)

word of advice make sure to read your application over and over again, my husband miss$3 on his income so now we got to send in the correct one. And i didnt know being dual citizen im required to send in the birth certificate from the country that i was born in...

I just wanted to point out that unfortunately Saylin's excel document that documents your visa progress has a huge gap between the end of September and then the end of October. No one with scan dates

Does everyone get a false checklist when nvc review the ds260?

I didn't...I got a pretty real one when they checked the packages...but nothing about the ds260.

12/26/2013 NOA1 date
07/07/2014 NOA2 date (7 loooong months).
07/10/2014 left USCIS
07/22 arrived at NVC
07/31 Case# assigned
08/01 AOS Bill invoiced and DS 261
08/02 AOS bill paid and DS 261 completed
08/05 AOS bill shows PAID in the ceac website
08/13 AOS package sent
08/18 AOS package delivered (USPS website track number)
09/11 IV Bill invoiced
09/12 IV bill shows PAID
09/12 DS 260 completed
09/12 IV package sent
09/18 IV package received (rep. told this date but the 60 days waiting letter says 09/16).
10/17 - AOS checklist. Tax transcripst 2013 missing (husband thought W2s were enough)

12/12 - Case Complete!!!!!!!!!!! thank God!

I just recieved the package. Our joint sponsor had ticked 'I m a US citizen' in part 11a. But it's written that mark 'I'm a US national' (for joint sponsors) I have checked that box as well. Should I use a whito on 11a or is it ok if both boxes are checked?

Just letting ya know that there is a CC for a Nov 14 checklist scan date on FB group ... it does not appear to be expdite .Anyone know the details on this one?

Not sure but I think they must have an earlier, mid October scan date (for documents that haven't been reviewed yet) and that's what they're going by - the packages get put together so when they get to the unreviewed October documents, everything gets reviewed together?

What comes to mind is someone following the old format (sending packages separately, with the 2-month IV invoice delay), who sent AOS in August, and then IV in October. AOS was reviewed in October but IV wasn't. Got an AOS checklist that they resent around October/November, and now NVC finally got around to reviewing the IV but reviewed everything together this time. Purely speculation, but I think something like that might have happened.

Hello everyonemy scan date was on 25 novemberAfter about one week i requested to change the embassy wich my case was assigned to continue processing in to another one and my request got approved and the embassy informed that they will tell the NVC about the change..the problem is that today i was trying to sign in ceac.state and I found out that my case number have changed ! Ofcorse due to the change in the embassy ,but Im worried now about this .. because all my papers and cover letters and documents wich i submitted to NVC had my old number!my question will they still be able to recognise that this persone has two numbers ??!or will it be a serious problem?
