From what I see, imse82 is checklist for IV package, buuut they're doing EP - another member (scan date 10/15?) mentioned the other day that they asked NVC and EP is currently a few days behind regular mail (sometimes it's faster, sometimes it's slower from what I've gathered).

AFS/AMM is AOS checklist, also doing EP. :) There's our answer, I think.

I see.....what a fail on NVC's part! lol....hopefully there will be more CCs today and tomorrow.

 God's timing is always perfect. . . :star:"Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!" (Luke 1:45) ^_^

Got checklist for civil documents and it was something I already submitted. Emailed it on 10/10 and they gave me two different scan dates one is 10/14 and one is 10/24... No CC yet so apparently they going with 10/24.... Grrrrrrrr

I asked them about this yesterday, and they said I didn't need to get my farther in law to sign an I-864A as my mother in law makes enough money.

Call just to make sure.. my lawyer doesnt even know why they requested it.

I might call later just to confirm.

Thanks Saylin, that was my understanding too, I am wondering how common is a three-week wait, Paris not being the busiest embassy.

Follow up the embassy every other day (I kept emailing) ask for any updates.

Come on NVC!!!!!!! I have seen only one CC today

The only thing i have noticed so far is that most of the CCs have been checklists (which is great b/c you guys need to get out of here already!) I think only laurenmat was a "new" package. They need to start on those pronto! I feel like i am going a little crazy over here lol

Hi, great man, we r standing next to u in prayer for you specially !!!! Today or tomorrow is your day too.Keep holding the rope of Lord, remember when nobody is there , for us HE is always there for us.

His time is the perfect time. Nooooo need to become even ..... A little crazy. !!!

We got CC 12/10, same Islamabad point, per the work I did and found out that since past six months trend is telling me that from JUne 2014 to Dec. 3rd. 2014 are taken for getting appointment time, average is 9.3 or 9 days and total time from CC TO INTERVIEW IS 23 days to 2.4 or two months and 8 days. Good luck.

Okay, so this might get a little long in the end, but I just want to put this out there, so people with similar issues can get some encouragement from it. So... after having seen that so many people were getting their CCs with scan dates right around ours (10/20), hoping for some update, my husband called NVC today. The first rep (yes, there are more coming...) told him that our case was reviewed yesterday (12/10) and they found some issues with his and his dad's (his joint sponsor) AOS forms, the usual total income vs adjusted gross income line... They have both double-checked their forms and they both had it right, didn't mess it up. So, my hubby calls back to sort this out, right? This second rep tells him that the issue is not even that, according to her my hubby should have put his total for 2012, 2011, and 2010, instead of 2013, 2012, and 2011, as he did it. (Side note: he wasn't required to file taxes for 2013 with IRS as he didn't make enough to even file. This is, of course, all neatly explained and documented in the AOS package, as it should be.) After this second call we both get desperate and start researching about it again, and my husband makes his third (and, at least for the time being, last) call to NVC. This time he gets put through to a nice supervisor (called Sue, I believe) who after having listened to all this story, promised to pull our case for supervisor review, she has also asked my husband to call back on Monday and ask to talk to her. So please, keep your fingers crossed that she finds that everything is OK with our case, and that we can finally get a CC from her. Congrats to all of you with CCs, you well deserved it!!! And good luck everyone!!!! Have a safe and successful journey, dear fellow VJers!!!! :D oh, and the moral of this whole story: you might wanna take the info you get from reps over the phone regarding your case with a grain of salt. It won't hurt anyone at NVC, but it might save you from a lot of frustration and despare over something that might not even be a real issue. ;) Just keep asking and hang in there!!! :)
