Finally I also have just got an official e-mail from NVC(3:30am PST) that notifies our case has been completed.

Just a week from the day my AOS fee turned to "N/A".

Can anyone tell me when I can expect the AOS fee to be invoiced? Received the case number and IIN number yesterday in a welcome email, I believe the case number was assigned on the 9th.

CONGRATS!! I have an AOS Checklist date of 10/20 as well but mine hasnt been reviewed yet hopefully tomorrow!!

Did you just call or did you get the NA first?

No, mine did not change to N/A , i just called them up to check and was told CC!!!

So they have asked for I864A instead ? Or you need to do I-864?

Got offical checklist email yesterday after almost 3 weeks. I happen to have had aos corrected package ready for mailing and just added copy of email too. Should be received today let see how long for

scan date. Meanwhile Im going to try getting case expidate for financial hardship and pregnancy. Any templates or wording ideas to help will be appreciated.

its Check List Cover Letter It Is as follws:

They are missing one of the page of the AOS.. you should send a new one to your applicant for interview.. your case is complete

Yes, I have read your wiki more times than I can count. That's how I came to the conclusion that my case number was assigned on the 9th. However, when I called NVC this morning to ask why our DS-261 showed complete last night and now this morning it had shown incomplete, the person I spoke to said it was assigned on the 10th. I'm not sure why she told me that, as it had nothing to do with my question. Lol! We all know how much faith we can put in the words of the NVC reps, so I'm not going to stress it too much.

I was annoyed that I was told I had to resubmit the DS-261 though. Even when I told her I had a confirmation number from submitting it yesterday. She then told my they are now taking 42 days to review them before they will invoice the AOS free. Talk about obnoxious! She did inform me if I give them a couple days, I can call them back and depending on who I get, they can review it over the phone with me and issue the invoice. We will see!

My joint sponsors are married and they requested the i864 A for my sponsors husband. We dont know why becuase my sponsor makes well over poverty alone.

It looks like the form wasn't filled out in black ink. Either fill it out online on your computer or fill it out in black ink.

And as it states in the checklist, you'll have to send it to the beneficiary to bring to the interview.

Did they say the case number was assigned on the 10th? Or were they perhaps referring to the DS-261? Either way, at least it went to incomplete the day after instead of a few weeks later, where it would really matter.
