10/08/14: Received Welcome email

10/18/14: Completed DS-260
10/21/14: AOS & IV received / scan date
12/15/14: Case Complete (N/A then phone confirmation)
02/18/15: Biometrics Appt.
02/25/15: Consular Interview (APPROVED!!)
03/05/15: POE at San Ysidro Port of Entry (by car)

I just wanted to point out that unfortunately Saylin's excel document that documents your visa progress has a huge gap between the end of September and then the end of October. No one with scan dates

I JUST CALLED RIGHT NOW, FINALLY DONE WITH NVC AND ONTO INTERVIEW!!!!!

07/07/2014 NOA2 date (7 loooong months).
07/10/2014 left USCIS
07/22 arrived at NVC
07/31 Case# assigned
08/01 AOS Bill invoiced and DS 261
08/02 AOS bill paid and DS 261 completed
08/05 AOS bill shows PAID in the ceac website
08/13 AOS package sent
08/18 AOS package delivered (USPS website track number)
09/11 IV Bill invoiced
09/12 IV bill shows PAID
09/12 DS 260 completed
09/12 IV package sent
09/18 IV package received (rep. told this date but the 60 days waiting letter says 09/16).
10/17 - AOS checklist. Tax transcripst 2013 missing (husband thought W2s were enough)
10/21 - Checklist scanned
12/12 - Case Complete!!!!!!!!!!! thank God!
01/06/2015 - Medicals
01/12/2015 - Interview date ((It was Feb 27th but due to a cancellation they rescheduled to Jan 21!!!!!) - VISA APPROVED!!! Interview review on my timeline. :)
01/15/2015 - Visa in hand
01/22/2015 - POE (Los Angeles)!!!!!!!!

I-751 Removal of Conditions

11/03/2016 - Package sent

11/09/2016 - Check deposited and NOA 1 received

11/04/2016 - NOA 1 Date
12/08/2016 - Biometric Appt.

Congrats.....calls for celebration...wat was ur scan date

And i decided to call nvc ,only to be recited the 60days newsletter,and am not sure if i heard right of nov 12th scan instead of the nov 4th i was earlier told and hw d case has not be reviewed,called cos i look forward to a miracle and i pray it just favours me in this month of dec.2014

Many more ccs this week and beyond too

The package was delivered this morning, looks like. Last time, we got an email telling us the package was scanned on a certain date so hopefully that'll happen again otherwise we will call sometime next week to get a scan date.

Historically has the NVC slowed down quite a lot over the holidays?

Yeah - once we have confirmation of document delivery, I will follow up with NVC via phone also.

For the holiday period, I wouldn't know in terms of a slow down. Apart from the scheduled public holidays, I would expect it to be business as usual.

From previous US visits, I think Thanksgiving is actually a more impacting holiday period than Christmas - as not everyone celebrates Christmas (religion based), whereas Thanksgiving is more about spending time with friends and family so more people travel, take vacation,etc.

Maybe other folks have a better idea/experience....

CONGRATS to everyone with a CC this month!!!!! ???? Sooo happy for you!!! Today's CCs give me high hopes on hearing something (preferably and hopefully a CC!!! ????) some time this week. Keep those beautiful CCs coming NVC, pppleeeeaaaase!!!! ?☺️?

So this means that NVC is Reviewing OCT 21 cases right? I am only a week out. My scan date is OCT 28th :) can't wait to get mine and be DONEEEEEE with NVC. I think I will be celebrating CC better than I celebrate any other occasion. :clock:
