yes i am the petiotioner...my husband is a doctor too back in pakistan. i came back to NY couples months back to deliver the baby here. yes im the expected mother and i was raised in america but did mbbs in pak so got married there too. now im living with parents in NY.

OK , In this case, we have to submit our hardship and if this is ist. Pregnancy/delivery/ primigravida, prepare risk points related to the delivery and the importance of the need of the husband next to the wife during the delivery process .Keep having hope up. Good luck.

Same issue I m facing, I had a fall related hip hairline fracture, on crutches, living by my self, going through daily living hard ship, but reluctant to file "expedite " thinking same as you. Waiting with "expedite " notes ready for expedite email but thinking to wait for " case complete or ( Allah na karay ) checklist, then same day I want to email " expedite " which will bring me a hope of early interview for her in Islamabad. But....what you want, think about my situation and then collect your notes of hardship very precisely , then file if you want. Take care of u.

NVC received our petition Nov. 20th... now just waiting for a case number to be assigned. My husband was just informed that he's losing his job this week. I don't know how we're going to afford living apart these next couple months. Does NVC accept expedites for financial hardship??

Don't mean to throw your hopes out, but I have 2 scan dates, and they told me to go with the second one. First one is Oct. 3rd, obviously they already passed that date, and second is the 23rd, which I'm guesstimating will be coming up between 2-3 weeks from now for cc God willing. Reason I got the second one is because I had to re-send the civil docs in a different format compared to the first ones from the 3rd of Oct.

IN my grandfather case, they reviewed all documents on October 20 and they checklisted for birth certificate that i know i didnt have it so we sent no record certificate and 2 affidavits so i told them to put under Supervisor review and i talk with supervisor on 21st oct and she said i m gone put your case for supervisor review after that i was calling everyday they were saying me that it is under Supervisor review and after like 30 days i was like can just transfer me to supervisor and she said it never went to supervisor review you guys didnt requested it. Aru you kidding me? Then i told her to put under Supervisor she gave me her name and i been calling from then like everyday and tell rep to transfer me to supervisor because i dont believe to rep what they say now but they everytime i call they say supervisor gone say samething whatever i told you and they put me on hold and say let me check if she available or not and after that they say she is busy with another call and i even request to call me back but i didnt get call or anything what should i do?
