I just wanted to point out that unfortunately Saylin's excel document that documents your visa progress has a huge gap between the end of September and then the end of October. No one with scan dates

CC confirmed as of 1st December with NVC about 20mins ago, AOS changed to N/A yesterday.

Month 2 at NVC. Waiting for IV invoice to become available for payment. Already submitted DS260 (approx. 40 days now), and just waiting on the Invoice to send in IV and AoS packages.

You don't have to wait for IV to be invoiced to send your docs, if you have them ready send it now - it will save you some time , I have seen people here doing it with no further problems from nvc, of course it is up to you :goofy:

Thanks for this information Nanana. My husband (petitioner has all the documents for both AoS and IV packages, and was waiting for the Invoice to become available. Didn't know we could send them ahead of the invoice. We will send them in this week. Thanks.

After more than 13 months in this convoluted process, we finally seemed to catch a break. Checked CEAC website this morning and they have sent our case to my local consulate after the kind lady at the consulate said last week she would request our case to expedite it. So glad to have left the bureaucratic nightmare of USCIS and NVC.

Hoping that all that are left here get through the process as quickly and painlessly as possible!

Also want to say a big thanks to Saylin and everyone else who contributes on this forum. It is one of the most amazing forums I have come across on the internet!

I still have no email from NVC about the checklist we found out about more than a week ago.

We will have 2 weeks on Friday. Currently on hold again with NVC on this matter. But, we have decide if by Friday no email on checklist we will overnight no matter what attorney wants.

We could send in the corrections that the FIRST person told us, the W2 and the corrected i864a, but the SECOND person told us "don't worry about the bit in the email that says the police certificate is missing, because it's just that those get sent straight to the consulate" when I actually DID send one, and I'm afraid it wasn't enough.

I don't know what to do :(

Hi guys, this is my 7th month at the NVC. I almost feel embarrassed to say. Even though it's not my fault it's their. My checklist scan date is Nov. 14. I just hope I get CC before Christmas! My original dream was to have my hubby here for Christmas, but since I know that is not possible , I pray for CC by Christmas! Let's all keep each other updated for any movements. I 'll keep all of you in my prayers :)
