Yes checklist. December 8th. But I think mine was a bit different

I called on november 28th and they told me everything I needed to send for the checklist. Including two passport sized photos. I did all that and sent it (even though I had already sent 90% of my documents they asked for originally)

Then on december 18 i got the email and they were actually asking for the passport biographic data page (which I also sent back on october 6th). I was pretty upset since they gave me wrong info and I had to resend that and get a new scan date. Called and spoke to a supervisor and he said he will look into it. I guess he completed my case.

Omg! That is awesome. I knew I had read your posting lol. So glad it was solved. Congrats.....

If you paid the AOS fee before the change, then you're fine, you already paid. You don't have to pay any difference

Hi saylin! Case complete: December 9, all thanks to you! Im now waiting for the interview date.. And also worried, my husband changed his job during the nvc process. How do I explain it during the interview? Do i need to bring his certificate of employment from his new employer and paystubs.
