We could send in the corrections that the FIRST person told us, the W2 and the corrected i864a, but the SECOND person told us "don't worry about the bit in the

email that says the police certificate is missing, because it's just that those get sent straight to the consulate" when I actually DID send one, and I'm afraid it

wasn't enough.

I don't know what to do :(

Do you have copy of the police certificate? If so, I would send in copy to be on safe side they no longer require original.

I just wanted to point out that unfortunately Saylin's excel document that documents your visa progress has a huge gap between the end of September and then the end of October. No one with scan dates

My thoughts in regards to scan dates and such: NVC isn't ever on just one specific date. It'll always be a range of dates, because there's more than just one person reviewing files. And although NVC

Scanned Date : 14th Oct for both AOS n IV packages.

Today marks the 50th day :( :( we called again n still d same old 60 day story from operators.

Donno what these ppl get from delaying our hopes. even though der r so many applications,does it really require 60days for reviewing few docs ..I really Don get it.

Only God can help us...Fingers crossed!!!!

New day new hopes.... Lets hope for the best....

I just made 60 days today, scan date October 3. Just called my case hasn't reviewed yet, whyyyyyy. I'm so sad ???

did you hear anything from NVC ?

OCT 28 2014 Scan Date for Police Certificate Checklist

Waiting for my CC.

DEC 19 2014 Case complete :dancing:

Dec 23 2014 Case complete Letter received :dancing:

Dec 25 2014 Another Case complete letter received

Dec 29 2014 3rd case complete letter received.

Waiting for my interview date.

Dec 29 2014 Interview scheduled for Feb 24 2015 :rofl:

Waiting for P4 letter.

Jan 02 2015 P4 Letter Received

What is the process of change marital stutus in us i didnt change mine yet at work. But since is one month left for this year just was consent about that.

If i change marital status as married how will i have to filed a tax return for 2014 year. And i have to saw him as a dependant?

Hey guys, I'm finally here at NVC stage. :goofy:
Submitted our DS-261 few hours ago and we can see the "pay now" for both fees, however, when we tried clicking on it, we were redirected to the sign in page again. Just wanna know if it's normal?
