I think if your joint sponsor is married and filed joint tax returns, you should submit I-864A from the spouse. You can prove joint sponsor income by providing copy of W-2 but looks like NVC is requesting I-864A. May be due to consulate requirement. I know for Indian consulates it's a must..

If you go under country of interview you can select Canada and see the recent cases from Canada and the number of days from CC to interview. Looks too be around 50-55 days on average.

That is your case complete letter you got. It wasn't that they got fast date, they were in the queue when scheduling was started. The scheduling stopped at 12/8 for both consulates in India for January. Just hang on February scheduling will be in a few weeks.

So sorry, with the consulate in Brazil they schedule all the appomtments for me, except the medicals. I'd suggest you to talk to someone who had interview in Mexico, so they can give you a more specific info.

I'm really hoping I get a January interview. I have a CC Dec/12/14. have a bad feeling that they are done scheduling January appts. for Montreal :( Going to call tomorrow to check if there is any updates to my case. Also i still haven got my case complete email.

hi friends i got my medical tests results today. All is good thanks god. the doctor gave me a closed envelope for the embassy and another envelope for me includes the chest X-ray and blood tests result report and a CD with the X-ray image

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

My wife has an interview at Islamabad (Pakistan) consulate in January. The appointment letter states to bring immigrant visa application part1 and part 2. We completed the online visa application. Does my wife need to print and bring the online application to the interview?

Congrats on getting the interview appointment. She can print out the visa application if she wants to but its not mandatory to bring it to the interview. But she should print the confirmation page of visa application (DS 260) which she should have gotten when she submitted the application and she should take that confirmation page to the interview with her. Good luck!

Good morning All,
I tried the tracking method with DHL and 2 cases were shipped to Cairo yesterday. (See below).
However, when I check the CEAC website it still shows "At NVC" that would mean none of those that went out yesterday are mine correct?
