1.Your physician will suggest you for vaccine at medical - nothing to worry about it

2.you need to bring the copies of it .Also you need to bring Evidence of Bona fides of Marriage

3.no need if you have already submitted your IRS transcript and recent W2's to NVC - otherwise "yes" you must bring it.

Thanks for you response, I want to get everything ready and ask for Jan Interview date should Nairobi Embassy happen to have a cancellation, I want to go ahead and finish up vaccine shots requirement and NEED to know what shots are needed for someone who does not have any vaccine shot records.....

My saying that staying in Venezuela is not an option has nothing to do with Caracas being violent or non-violent, it's because of lodging, work, school and responsabilites at home, plus the cost factor and trying to book limited flights. I did reach out to other VJ members from Aruba, most of the VJ members from Aruba haven't been on VJ in a while, from what their profile shows. I was able to get a reply from one that said they were allowed to come back later that same day their Visa was approved and pick up their Passport/Visa, because they had to fly back home the next day. I'm hoping that will still be allowed. Thanks Dawning! :)

I hope so too... as the other poster mentioned, it might be difficult to get back into Venezuela to pick up he visa without your passport. It's too bad the IV unit is so hard to contact. What finally helped me was to call the American Citizen Services part of the embassy (I'm the USC petitioner) and explain my worries, and they kindly offered to contact the IV department with my concerns... It got me a little more information.

I'm a bit hyper aware of violence in Vzla right now, because a couple of good friends were murdered a couple of weeks ago, not in Caracas but in another major city. So be safe, and good luck with getting the passport back quickly!

I don't know about Keniya but for India we must take four vaccines 1.MMR 2.Tdap 3 Rubella 4. Influenza..That's fine for us immigration (first dose is enough as well).I did not have any previous vaccine records and as suggested by physician i got these vaccines at medical (Tdap vaccine was not available when i had medical but its no way affected to my interview)

Hey everyone.

January 5th interview date here.

I was looking through my list of documents and it's codes. Seems like I really don't have to bring anything but my passport and pass photo.

It said that updated tax info was needed also but my husband already submitted it. I'm assuming I don't need to send that since there are no updates reported to IRS.

Am I missing something? Please look at my attachment.

Looks good.

What is your case complete and the day you got your interview date assigned? Thanks need to add you to the spreadsheet.

UPDATE:

Case shows "At NVC" still.

Unable to set up biometrics appointment on the visa info website. Says the case number is not available to set up an appointment. Starting to get frustrated.

The Mexico City ASC is unable to take walk-ins. Calling the Ciudad Juarez ASC now.

Has anyone from Mexico with a January interview date been able to set up a Biometric appointment?

Hello, RobbieG.....do you have a January appointment in Ciudad Juarez? I am waiting for my Hubby's interview appointment. Last Monday i called the NVC and a lady Rep. told me that our Case was sent to Ciudad Juarez, Mx. I tried callling a place in Virginia where they take appointments for Biometrics but the guy stated that i would have to first wait for interview date then i could call back and set up his Biometrics appointment. That's weird, i thought, why would this place be in Virginia? Oh well! Good luck to you and yours!! : )
