hello i dont gt your 2nd ans

whats the Bonafides of Marriage

actually mine interview is on 15th january

TIA

Bonafides means proof of your relationship

PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP: We strongly suggest that all applicants bring extensive documentary evidence of the relationship between the petitioner and the primary beneficiary and between the primary beneficiary and any derivative beneficiaries. Failure to do so could greatly delay your application. Some examples of such evidence are family and other photographs (old and recent) showing the parties together, letters, cards, correspondence, and telephone records.

Pls see the list for your reference (keep at least two or three or more (depends on you) documents ).Pls dont forget wedding album or pictures/some honeymoon pictures/family pictures etc..

Evidence of Bona fides of Marriage

· Affidavit from witnesses to the relationship/marriage (parents, siblings, other relatives, close friends)

· Wedding announcements, invitations

· Church certificate

· Wedding pictures

· Joint bank account letter (when opened and balance) and recent statements

· Joint credit card statement - including receipts from charges made by both of you

· Evidence of joint life and cohabitation: monthly bills, insurance, assets etc.

· A deed showing co-ownership of your property or a lease agreement with both of your names on the lease

· Receipts of money transfer (if applicable)

· Phone bills showing your conversations

· Receipts of gifts sent online or otherwise

· Transcripts of IM chats or Skype calls

· Copies of letters and/or e-mails

· Copies of holiday cards addressed to you both

· Birth certificate of any child that has been born to your marriage

· Airline ticket receipts showing trips taken together or to visit each other -- including boarding passes

· Copies of the passport stamps from any visits to your spouse's country

· Pictures of you together on vacation and/or with family and friends. It's best to include a range of times, not just a bunch of photos from a short period of time

· Joint tax returns

· Join insurance (Health/auto)

Most people bring to interview evidence of a bonafide relationship. Didn't you already submit some in your petition to USCIS when you filed your I-i30?

This would be phone records, emails, IM's, text, Facebook post, letters cards, visa stamps, pictures with family and friends, whatever you what to show of a bonafide marriage and ongoing relationship.

Remember if there have been visits between filing and interview please show evidence of that. That's your #1 evidence.

okie

m the benificiery n my wife is USC n in october 2014 she visited me for 40 days so i kept her tickets n our trip pics with me

is it sufficient?

1) You can send colored photocopies or originals whichever ones is more convenient to you. They just want to see it and don't really care about the quality. You could also send the scans to him to have him print them out at a local photo shop.

2) Send off the document via DHL since you are sending the photos anyway.

Thank you!

Sending thoughts and prayers to all the Aussie VJ members - it's Tuesday in Australia - the day for IR1/CR1 interviews. The gunman has hostages one block away from the US Consulate. They've closed the Consulate - so there will be no interviews today, I fear. I hope this situation is resolved soon.

Our son lives and works about 1.5 miles away from this tragedy. He's OK, thank goodness.

Hey everyone.

January 5th interview date here.

I was looking through my list of documents and it's codes. Seems like I really don't have to bring anything but my passport and pass photo.

It said that updated tax info was needed also but my husband already submitted it. I'm assuming I don't need to send that since there are no updates reported to IRS.

Am I missing something? Please look at my attachment.

Unable to schedule Biometrics still.

E-mail sent last week got an auto-reply Saturday that they have escalated the case.

Has anyone from Mexico with a January interview date been able to schedule Biometrics?
