does anyone know when the NVC mail the packages to the embassy for interview?

No just keep an eye on it to watch it go to IN-TRANSIT then you can track it through DHL. Read first Post.

No one knows when they send.

Ok so hubby has the P4 letter in hand already and will be scheduling the medical sometime this week or next week, The letter doesn't ask for anything in particular for what I can understand.. but I want to make sure I take everything just in case... Can someone please let me know what exactly he will need to take to the embassy for his interview other than the P4 letter and medical.... I seen people say the DS260 that's only one page right? also all the original civil doc NVC has and they didn't requested.. I can probably get all the originals again but my divorce decree but I do have a copy, will that be good? I believe they have the original.

Its best to take all pages of the DS-260 which has so many sections. Also, its a good idea to take along DS-261 even though its very small.

Basically, its best to take along all correspondence with USCIS and NVC and anything pertaining to proof of relationship. The reason for bringing EVERYTHING is because if they have lost something and you can't provide it, they will have to find a way to replace it and that may take time.

I'm so confuse about what forms are the DS-260 AND DS-261 cause all of that was done by my attorney.. I got copies of everything that she had done so I probably have it I just have to figure out which is which.. But yes that's what I plan to do take every document that I had gotten or send so far to nvc is better to have more than be missing something.. Now in reference to the civil doc, what should I take? Birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce decree ( from previous marriage ) police certificate... anything else missing?

You can login at https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/and then you will see both DS-261 and DS-260. After you click on one of them, you can click on the 'Review' button on the top.

You will need your case number and invoice number to login.
